   Summary

   Joan Watson wakes up in an unfamiliar house in an unfamiliar city, with an unfamiliar man staring at her, claiming to be Sherlock Holmes. Meanwhile, on the other side of the ocean, John Watson finds himself in a similar situation. When each Watson tries to return home, however, difficulties arise.
