   Summary

   None of them had ever heard a sound like that before. But then, none of them had ever been ripped out of their dimension before either.

   Update: This Fic is, and will always be, Unfinished. For reasons that I expect are obvious at this point. I've thought about taking it down, but the World of Wheyla has become precious to me and I don't want to lose its origin.
   Someday, you may see a sequel to this story from a different fandom. A similar presence, and the world will have been impacted by decisions that were to have been made in this original. While I cannot finish this story as it was intended - neither will I let the actions of one man destroy the Tapestry of History and Mythology I used him to begin weaving.
