His Little Boy

Chapter 3: The pancake incident

Chapter Text

Hanta had asked if they wanted to sleep over, since it had gotten pretty late and Katsuki had fallen asleep when they were watching a movie. So, Izuku had picked up Katsuki, tucked him in next to Shoto and now he was comfortable laying in the spare bed next to Hanta who was still reading a book.
“Han?” Izuku asks and Hanta hums his answer. “Thank you for today, I think Kats really needed it.” He mumbles as he looks at his phone, scrolling through his twitter and commenting on posts.

“Hmm, Sho really needed it too, he was getting sad that he has no friends that are also littles.” Hanta explains, and Izuku laughs a little with how similar their reasons were for today's playdate.
“Kats is the same, I think it’s good that he has someone he trusts.” Hanta smiles as he puts away his book, turning onto his side and looking at Izuku.
“I think it is good for us too, we need someone in our corner too.” He smiles, a hand under his cheek as he watches Izuku.

Izuku flushes as he looks away from Hanta, he turns onto his side, his back towards Hanta, and he smiles as he speaks. “Goodnight Han.” Closing his eyes, Izuku is quick to fall asleep.
“Goodnight Izu.”

The next morning Izuku is woken up by giggles and voices from outside the door. Izuku smiles as he snuggles deeper into the bed. There is an arm over his middle and he can hear the soft snoring from Hanta behind him.
“Kats! Shhh they’ll hear us!” Shoto whisper shouts from the kitchen and Izuku giggles as he grabs his phone to scroll through his timeline once again.

“Izu?” Hanta’s voice calls from behind him and Izuku smiles as he puts his phone down to look up at Hanta.
“Good morning.” He greets the taller man who seems confused. “The two littles are up to no good.” Izuku informs him, hoping to clear the confusion from the other man’s eyes. It works and Hanta drags a hand down his face as he drops back onto the bed, Izuku bounces a little with the sudden shift in weight.

“Shoto!” Katsuki giggles, his voice is softer than normal and from the way Hanta smiles he likes the way that Katsuki changes into a softer version of himself when he is little, just like Izuku does.
“Wait! No, the milk goes first!” Shoto’s voice is similar to Katsuki’s, softer and more childlike and it makes Hanta and Izuku smile once more as they listen to the two littles argue about what seems to be breakfast.

“Should we go out and help them?” Izuku asks but Hanta shakes his head.
“They want to surprise us, let them make a mess we can help them clean later.” He offers, grabbing his book and settling back onto the bed with an arm behind his head.
Izuku smiles at that, knowing full well that big Katsuki would hate himself for making Izuku clean up his mess but he decides that it is a good thing.

About fifteen minutes, and a fire alarm, later the littles are standing by the foot of the bed. They’re holding two plates with slightly toasty pancakes and two big cups of orange juice and there are big smiles on their faces as they shuffle from one foot to the other.
“Daddy…” Katsuki says shyly as he holds out his tray with food and Izuku can’t help but smile as he sits up in bed.
“Is that for me little one?” He asks, his voice is soft and a little teasing but Katsuki perks up as he nods his head vigorously.

Izuku holds out his hands and takes the tray from Katsuki’s hands. “Thank you little one, you did such a good job!” He praises, hearing Hanta do the same.
They dig into the food smiling and praising their littles with every other bite.

Later, as they step into the kitchen, Hanta groans at the mess of pots and pans. There is pancake batter on the ceiling and eggshells on the floor. Izuku laughs as he pats the taller mens back.
“Better get cleaning.” Izuku offers as he picks up a pan that had dropped to the floor and puts it in the dishwasher.

“Yeah I guess so…” Hanta sighs.
