Hua Cheng in a pile of multiple Xie Lians, very flustered and overwhelmed! Taizi Dianxia Xie Lian is holding his hand, inspecting the red string. Calamity Xie Lian is possessively hugging him from the back. Child Xie Lian is sitting in his lap, dozing off. And postcanon Xie Lian is holding his other hand and smiling at him, and keeps leaning in to gently kiss him. 🥺 Hua Cheng *cannot* deal with this much love from so many Dianxias.

Hualian slow dancing together!! Xie Lian’s head is tucked under Hua Cheng’s chin, cozy and safe. Their fingers are laced together and they’re swaying gently from side to side. They’re alone in their home, but even if there were people around, they would still be in their own little world, just the two of them.

Pre-relationship Hua Cheng and Xie Lian are playing hide and seek in Shi Qingxuan’s huge house, with a bunch of their friends! (*Gege’s friends, says Hua Cheng. He and He Xuan are *business associates.*)
Xie Lian finds a really good hiding spot under a bed - why are you leaving, San Lang? We can both fit!
He regrets this soon afterward, when they’re smushed together and aware of every little movement the other person makes. Hua Cheng’s hand is on his back, and it’s *so* warm. If he looked up, they might accidentally kiss.
Shi Qingxuan finds them immediately. They just turn around and leave, smiling to themself. Maybe THIS will finally get them together.

Tiny centaur colt Hong-er who gets left as a sacrifice to dragon Xie Lian. Dragon Xie Lian is *furious* that the villagers thought he would eat a little boy, and goes on a mini rampage before realizing that Hong-er is trembling *so much* in the ropes tying him up.
He quickly frees him and apologizes and takes him to his cave, where he has some warm blankets. Hong-er doesn’t stop trembling, though.
Xie Lian tries to ask, as gently as possible, if he needs anything. Hong-er declares, very determinedly, that he’s okay with Xie Lian eating him!! He’d be honored to be eaten by someone so beautiful!!
Xie Lian *finally* manages to reassure him that he’s safe, and Hong-er looks up at him with the *biggest* puppy-dog eye. Then Xie Lian coaxes him into getting cozy, and he falls asleep, exhausted, tucked under one of Xie Lian’s wings.
Xie Lian bonks his snout SO gently against Hong-er’s head. A little goodnight kiss!!
And then Hong-er never has to deal with the villagers again and grows up happy and safe with his dragon savior.

Hua Cheng who has a colostomy bag and he’s SO self-conscious about it, but Xie Lian reassures him and then knits lingerie for the bag. 🥺 It’s not very good lingerie, and Xie Lian’s knitting skills are not great, but Hua Cheng puts it on and immediately feels like he can do anything. :D Xie Lian thinks that even the part of himself he hates most is deserving of a handmade item!! 🥺

Xie Lian crying in bed about something or other, and Hua Cheng coming to find him for cuddles. 🥺 He doesn’t push Xie Lian to talk about it until he’s ready, just holds him and hums soothingly and rubs his back. Eventually, Xie Lian falls asleep in his arms, exhausted.

Today’s bedtime story is Xie Lian with fanfiction hypothermia and Hua Cheng naked-cuddling with him to warm him up. Hua Cheng is very worried, and ends up confessing by accident once Xie Lian is lucid again! (Xie Lian is perfectly fine. Hua Cheng saved him and did everything right.)
And then because it’s /fanfiction/ hypothermia, they keep warm by having loving sex in the cave Hua Cheng found. :D

Later, the next time they’re having sex, Hua Cheng keeps stopping suddenly with a strange expression.
There is sand *everywhere*.

Xie Lian taking off his shirt to do some outside chore or something and Hua Cheng getting *very* very distracted by his muscles. His gege could pick him up and throw him SO easily…

Wu Ming waking up when Xie Lian sleepily turns over to snuggle closer and absentmindedly grab his hand to kiss his fingers - wait, why is Xie Lian snuggling with him!! And giving him affection!!!
He spends the rest of the night perfectly still, trying not to disturb his peacefully sleeping beloved.
He doesn’t want the night to end. But then Xie Lian wakes up and figures out what’s going on, and Wu Ming learns that they’re *married*.
Xie Lian is *so much more* affectionate when he’s awake, it turns out.
