Finally, Luffy's bounty came out and the world's attention turns to the newly revealed criminal and his staggering bounty. Despite Luffy's desire for a peaceful life, the sea continues to call out to him and his chosen crew. Luffy is shocked to see his bounty reach an astronomical $1,500,000,000. However, he is relieved to learn that only he has been targeted, ensuring the safety of his crew's new lives. Luffy remains determined to protect his crew and prevent their new lives from turning dangerous, knowing they would willingly sacrifice everything for him.
