Chapter Text
Jon took a deep breath and looked at his family around him. Waiting for him to start.
“Take your time, son,” Rhaegar said slowly, squeezing his hand again.
“Alight, it started when,”
Jon Snow smiled as the school day was over and he was free for the weekend. “Jon over here,” he smiled at his young friend Olly and his older friends. They waved him over. “Jon, we have a surprise for you,” Olly said once Jon walked up to his friends.
“What is it?” Jon asked as the friends started to walk away from the school. No one said anything as they led him to an alleyway.
Jon stopped and wiped the tears from his eyes. “I...” Jon spoke slowly.
“Take your time brother,” Robb said with a small smile. Jon smiled at him before he took a deep breath and ran his hand over his face. His family. He never realized how much he loved them.
“Okay,” Jon said slowly before he started again.
Jon followed Olly down a road. It was getting dark. “Olly I should get home soon where are we going?” Jon asked his young friend. Olly, however, stayed quiet. Jon was led to a large clearing.
“You betrayed us,” Olly said quietly before he felt something sharp in his side. Jon was too stunned to say anything. A sharper pain went through him.
“You are not one of us anymore if you hang out with those freaks,” Jon heard someone say but it was muffled before he blacked out.
Jon ran his hand over his face and felt tears. “They found out I was hanging out with other people. They took me in when I was left out. After I blacked out, I woke up in the hospital,” Jon finished. He looked up at his family staring at Jon with sadness.
“Son, I’m so sorry that happened,” Rhaegar said sharing a look with Jon.
“Thank you. I should have died but…”
“Don’t say that brother,” Bran said looking at his mother. She smiled at him. “Agon that was not your fault. You chose who to be friends with and they should have respected that,” Brain said quietly. Jon smiled at his little brother. When did he get so wise?
“Thank you,” Jon said. “After I woke up in the hospital. I found everything out. That, you uncle is not my real father,” Jon added looking down. He didn’t know what else to say. Everything has been too much lately, but he was glad he had his family and real father with him.
“We are here son,” Jon closed his eyes when he felt Arya hug him. It didn’t matter what happened or what would happen he would always have his family with him.
