He watches over And he is relieved You're finally Sleeping.
He sits next to you and he holds your hand.
He's thinking about what you said earlier.It doesn't want to believe that alma could have done something to prevent you from having Children.
But he knows he needs to find out the truth.
The next morning I wake up and I feel a bit better.I sit up and I look around , I noticed that bruno isn't there.
He is not in the room , but you hear footsteps coming up to stair, He walks in with a tray of food and he smiles at you.
"Morning my love.." I feel a bit guilty for telling him I had a nightmare and then falling asleep just like that.
He walks over to you and he sets the trade down next to the bed. "Good morning, how are you feeling today"
He notices my guilty look " Bruno im sorry I fell asleep so quickly after the nightmare. I just couldn't stay awake"
He smiles and he sits down next to you
" It's OK I understand you need to the rest..how's your stomach feeling?"
"Its..still a little sore..but I'm feeling a bit better"
He puts his hand on your Forehead..
"Do you have a fever?" He murmured to himself..
He checks my temperature again and his expression changes
"Bruno..why are you looking like that?"
He looks at you and he's clearly worried
"Your Temperature Is higher than it should be, I think you should pay back down"
"I'm fine, it's probably just the stress"
He shakes his head, "Your not fine. You just had a miscarriage, and now your Temperature is too high, you need to rest"
I Start to feel a bit dizzy and I hold my head
"I don't feel so good.."
Bruno jumps up. "Here lay back down, im..I'm going to get Julieta"
He rushes out of the room and I try to sit up but I'm too weak, I lay back down and wait for him to come back.
After a few minutes, Bruno comes back with Julieta hot on his heels.
She walks over to the bed and she looks at you with concern.
I try to smile but feel too bad "Hi Julieta.."
She takes my hand "How are you feeling?"
"Not too good, my stomach..is hurting and I feel a bit dizzy.."
"Can you tell me when the pain started?"
My eyes start to close and I lean back against the pillow
"Its been like that since last night..maybe a bit longer then that.."
She checks my Pulse and she looks at me
"Can you remember if you ate anything strange before you felt sick?"
I shake my head. "I haven't eaten anything in a while, I just couldn't eat anything"
She thinks for a moment , and then she looks at you with concern " Have you been drinking water?"
My head starts to spin
"I don't know..I don't think so.."
She looks at you with worry
" You need to stay hydrated.I ll get you some water"
She leaves the room and she comes back with a glass of water. She holds it up to your lips..
I take a few sips, but I can't drink too much. I feel too weak to hold my head up..
"Do you think you can drink a little more? Or should I try to get you some food?"
" I'm not sure if I can keep it down.I feel so weak"
" Don't Worry, I'll get you something light.Just stay here okay?"
A while later I start to fall asleep..
Julieta is watching over you and she's worried.
She Sits next to the bed and she keeps checking on you.She doesn't want to leave you alone , so she stays with you until you wake up again.
A bit later you hear Brunos voice coming up the stairs..
Julieta Looks up in, she's sees him.She gets app and she goes over to him.She whispers
"She's not doing well.."
"What do you mean? What's wrong?"
She looks at him with worry "Her fever is still high and she's been feeling dizzy..I don't know what's going on.."
Julieta tells Bruno how grief can make people sick, if not careful...I could die from a grieving heart..
He stares at her shock, He can't believe that she could actually die from this.
He runs over to the bed amd he kneels next to you.
Bruno shakes me gently "Sweetheart..can you hear me?"
My eyes slowly open. I look at you ,I try to sit up but I m too weak.
I look like you with tears in my eyes
"I'm sorry..I tried to stay strong.."
Bruno wipes away your Tears. "Its okay.. you don't need to be sorry..I'm here for you..just...just try to relax okay?"
"I just..miss our baby so much..I don't know what to do.."
He pulls you into his arms and he holds you tightly
"I know..i know..but we can't change what happened. We have to try and move on, I know it's hard but we can't let this break us.."
"I know..its crazy right?..Missing something..someone I NEVER KNEW.." I start to tear up "I will never see its first steps..they're first word....nothing"
Bruno holds you even closer and kisses your Forehead
"I know, it's not fair, we were supposed to be parents..we were supposed to raise our child together, but we can't let that take away from the time we have together..we still uave each other.. "
Julieta hears footsteps approach the room and spies to the door where she met the gaze of her Mother, Alma.
Her expression changes when she sees Alma. She doesn't want to let her into the room but she also doesn't want to start a fight in front of you, she walks to her mother and whispers
"What do you want?"
"I hear that she is feeling unwell?"
She nods" Yes she's not doing well, I'm not sure what's causing it"
"Well if she would have followed my instructions we wouldn't have this problem on our hands"
Julieta stares at her in disbelief, She's not going to let her get away with this, she steps in front of the door and glares at her mother
"What.did.you.do?"
"I did what was best for this family. I did what was best for my son, Your brother might I add"
Julietas eyes narrow "and what pray tell did you do exactly?"
"I told her that a mother is supposed to know the signs of her child's well being, and she should have been able to tell that my beloved Brunito was not in his right mind to be a Father,
I told her that it was her job to take care of him and not get Pregnant "
Julieta was shocked by what she's hearing, she can't believe that her mother would do something like this.
She takes a deep breath and tries to stay calm.
"And now, let me in, I would like to see my sons wife"
She was about to say No but she know if she doesn't let her in things would only get worse.
She sighs and steps aside.
Alma walks in and sees Bruno sitting next to my bed.
"Mamá? What are you doing here?"
Alma walks over and looks at me, she has a look of concern on her face, but Bruno can tell that's its all an act, she's not really worried.
"I heard that you are not feeling well.I am here to check on you"
Bruno rolls his eyes, He knows that his mother is only here because she wants to make sure that you are not a threat to her plans.
He stays quiet and watches her closely.
