Chapter Text
That lovesick expression doesn’t fade.
Though it told you everything you needed to know, it didn’t satisfy him. He needed to tell you more. Myung-gi steps towards you, closing the gap between both of you again, and twirling you around so you take his place against the counter. He gently locks his lips into yours, but that gentleness is nothing but a veneer hiding the heaviness he’s about to put on you. After a few seconds, you find a natural place to pause the kiss to gasp for air, leaving the opportunity to continue readily available. His arm is still on your waist with his fingers lightly resting on your hip, not possessive, but eager. “Myung-gi, let’s put the stuff away first; I don’t want any of us to get hurt.” You try to grab the razor with your wrist behind you, but he gets to your hand first, tracing your fingers and leaning in. “We can get that later,” Your bodies connect for a split second more. “But I need to get you now.” His words are equal parts serious, loving, and lighthearted. He smiles sweetly at his own witty joke, and you laugh warmly in reply.
You take his jaw and continue your giggles into another lip lock. Both of your hands start to wander on the other’s figure, sometimes bumping into each other; your bodies speak the same language. Your teeth occasionally knock against each other, with the awkwardness sealed away with smiles. “Ouch!” You chortle. “I’m sorry, love– I’ll watch out next time.” “No, it’s okay. I like that you’re not perfect. It gives me an excuse to smile.” Myung-gi lifts your face back to face his, leaving a one-and-done kiss before placing his cheek on the side of yours. He whispers against you, making you shiver despite how hot your body is. “Stubble or no stubble, honey?” You don’t think before you reply. “You,” You pull away, caressing the sides of his face with your thumbs. Whether his cheeks are getting red from your touch or the thought of it happening is not worth questioning. “I want you.” Myung-gi feels your hands on shoulders and the subsequent pressure when you use them to boost yourself onto him, wrapping your legs around his waist. He instinctively grabs your hips to secure you onto him, adding a comical stumble backwards without letting you go.
“Oh, my God,” He breathes out, looking down at your body before looking up and getting close to your face again. “You keep making me fall for you.” Your legs jerk at his corniness, almost laughing your way out of his grasp. “I love you, too, Myung-gi.” He pauses and looks to the side, chewing his lip to stop his smile. “I didn’t say that,” Myung-gi goes back to your eyes. “Okay, I guess I did.” Moving your hands to the back of his neck, you mess with his hair a little bit, scratching his scalp slightly. You use his hair to pull yourself back into his lips, with him doing the same. This kiss is shorter than the ones prior, but feels twice as intimate. You press your foreheads together before putting some space between you. Myung-gi’s shoulder then becomes your headrest. “I’m tired, can we take this to the couch?” You peck his cheek before placing your chin back on his shoulder, waiting for a response. “Oh, yeah, yeah.” He moves a piece of your hair behind your ear, then feels around your face a little bit, trying to see if you're too warm. “Do you need water or anything?” “No; I think it'll just be easier on the couch.” Myung-gi uses one tooth to chew on the side of his bottom lip, thinking of what to reply with. He didn't want to assume anything from what you said. Holding back his usual automatic innuendo, he asks genuinely: “What would be easier on the couch?”
“Getting on top of you.”
