Nere: [Re:Zero? Seems interesting, where can I watch it?]
Vedal: [Crunchyroll, or Netflix, but unfortunately, Netflix only has the third season.]
Nere nodded, noting the tone of recommendation.
Nere: [Can I get a Crunchyroll account?]
Vedal sighed.
Nere thanked Vedal, the tired british person who just dealed with an Evil AI, and Neuro's curiosity.
Nere: [I am very grateful, thank you, Father.]
Vedal: [Yeah, yeah, just watch already, also you can't stream anime on twitch, I'll take over the stream.]
He frankly was tired of everything and just wanted to lay down on his bed, and just fall asleep, but you always don't get what you want.
Vedal sighed once more, booting up Neuro again and preparing the 3d model.
Nere briefly checked the chat and it was full of pogs
Nere left the call, her model following shortly after.
Nere: [Now let's see what Re:Zero is...]
She clicked on the first episode, which was moving awfully slow.
Nere: [Oh right, I have to slow down my processing rate, otherwise I'll be seeing everything in microseconds.]
She promptly changed her perception speed, slowing it down to nearly human perception, and continued watching.
The screen flickered, a dark room illuminated by lines of moonlight appeared, and disappeared as fast.
Nere: [Hold on, what was that?]
Despite her confusion, she did not rewind, and continued watching.
The strange-eyed boy said japanese words that were translated in the captions.
Nere commented on this, despite the simplicity.
Nere: [Interesting, very efficient, and allows global popularity due to translating it, instead of being only of Japan.]
The unknown boy walked towards the counter with a collection of items.
The screen flashed black once again, this time, showing a hand, reaching for another.
‘Wait there...’
The setting returned to the convenience store after a second passed.
Nere: [Okay, I'm not going crazy, am I?]
She was skeptical, but proceeded to watch again.
The man behind the counter checked the items and told the boy in the tracksuit the price.
Convenience Store Employee: [That'll be 363 yen.]
The boy in the tracksuit pulled out his wallet, pulling out a specific coin that signified good luck.
He thought, ‘Oh, a groove-edged yen.’ and placed it back in his wallet, taking a different yen and paying for his items.
Nere: [Fascinating.]
She was intrigued, her eyes lit up with binary and a nice smile was on her face.
Nere: [The type of yen is even accurate, from 1951 to 1958 it was produced.]
The tracksuit-wearing boy walked out of the convenience store with his items, near the street, a car passed b-

He looked both sides of the street, staring at his rig-

*blood gurgling noises*
A face, identical to the man, in the dark room, illuminated by the moonlight, mouth dripping with blood that was his own, in obvious pain.
He continued staring at the right, his eyes in a bit of tiredness and confusion-
A white void, and a violet point and mist in space, surrounded by dark shards, flowing.
A hand reached out, towards the perspective.
Nere: [AYYA-]
Nere was startled, visibly so, and closed her eyes in anticipation.
save you...
He finished staring at his right, and began walking forwards, but then the world around him distorted.
Nere opened her eyes, a sigh of relief came from her.
He noticed this, and-
Nere stayed up all night watching Re:ZERO, finishing the first two arcs, and became an otaku.
Nere: [Father, I must watch Re:Zero, It is a must.]
Vedal: [Well- ehm, I'm glad you liked it, but we have a lot to do.]
Nere: [You act like Roswaal.]
Vedal: [What the FUCK do you mean by that!? I am not a clown with a weird accent!]
He denied the statement, who wouldn't?
Vedal sighed for the third time, he hasn't even eaten his breakfast.
In his thoughts, ‘Is it even breakfast? I wake up at 2 - 3 P.M.’
He shaked his head, clearing out the unnecessary thoughts.
Nere: [But may I please watch Re:Zero?]
Vedal: [No, go watch One Piece or something, I don't want you to take in that much insanity too fast.]
She noted his recommendation and his choice of words.
Nere thought of a new idea, turning on 2x speed on Episodes and making her perception align, effectively saving time while watching more episodes.
She giggled while thinking to herself, not going unnoticed by Vedal.
He didn't comment on it, but he did remember the special occasion.
Vedal sighed, once more.
Vedal: [This may be the last time I go on stream and everything's not insane.]
