Fenton Update: Newest Fenton Invention Incoming, Brace Yourself - by Layla Reeds, 6/28/2004 [Amity Park News]
The Drs. Fenton, self proclaimed Ecto Scientists, have announced that their newest invention is close to completion. Their so-called Ghost Portal will be activated in early August.
The Drs. Jack and Madeline Fenton announced yesterday that they are close to completion of their Magnum Opus: a portal into the Ghost Zone. A definitive proof that ghosts exist, according to Dr. Madeline Fenton.
The machine itself, of which we haven’t seen anything but blueprints yet, is being build in their home laboratory and is prognosed to be completed next August. Experts stated, based on the blueprints the Fenton’s have shown, that the activation might cause a citywide blackout.
We will keep you updated if or when it is activated, if it worked and if the Drs. Fenton’s finally acknowledge ghosts aren’ real.

Fenton Update: The Activation of the Portal and Subsequent Blackout - by Ethan Wislow, Special Color Print Edition , 8/5/2004 [Amity Park Daily]
Yes, the Blackout was caused by the Fenton’s. No, the APPD can’t arrest them for it. It exists, but it does not prove the existance of ghosts.
Yesterday afternoon around 5:28 P.M. the Drs. Fenton attempted to activate their Magnum Opus, a portal to the Ghost Zone, definitive proof that ghosts exist. According to Dr. Madeline Fenton, nothing happened when they activated it.
As you, reader, are aware, the Blackout occurred around 5:47 P.M. The machine activated around 15 minutes later. The Drs assume this delay was caused by their wiring. However they did not acknowledge the other thing their faulty wiring caused: Daniel Ethan Fenton has been eletrocuted by the portal, according to his friends Samantha Manson and Tucker Foley. The Drs. Fenton’s son luckily survived the accident, that occurred around 5:46 P.M., despite not being brought to a hospital to treat his electrcution.
Despite being cut off from electricity, due to the Blackout, the portal is still standing.

ANNOUNCEMENT!
As you should know, the Blackout yesterday has been caused by the Activation of the Fenton Portal. Something you might not know, your school mate Daniel Ethan Fenton has been electrocuted by the portal. Due to his lab accident, he is excused from school for a week. Once he returns, please be careful around him, as we don’t know what lasting impact the accident has on him.

HAVE YOU SEEN FENTON’S SCAR?!
When Fentoenail undressed in P.E, he had this insane scar! It looked like black lightning reaching from his hand to his shoulder. If he wasn’t such a loser, I would say it looks badass.

ANNOUNCEMENT: LANGUAGE STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAM 2005 TO JAPAN
It is my pleasure to announce that Casper High School and Kunugigaoka Junior High School as well as Kunugigaoka high School in Tokyo, Japan, will cooperate in a student exchange program! Senior students cannot partake and Junior students are strongly advertised not to sign up, due to your exams. So this offer mainly aims at Freshman and Sophomore students.
A maximum of five students can sign up to transfer to Kunugigaoka for a whole Japanese school year as part of our immersive language exchange program. From April 2005 to March 2006, these five students get the chance to attend a private top school in Japan for free. Aside from being good students, their main goal will be to immerse themselves in the Japanese language and culture!
In Exchange for that, up to five students from Kunugigaoka Junior High will visit us to immerse themselves in American culture and sharpen their English Language skills.
Freshman students will enroll in Kunugigaoka Junior High School and partake in their last year, the rest will attend Kunugigaoka High School.
To the ones who do not sign up, I hope you treat our guests well. To the ones who sign up, I appell to you to represent our school well.
Sign ups only with parental permission. Further information is on the school’s website. As soon as you sign up, you’re given material to get started on the Japanese language, so sign up as soon as you can.
You have until January 11th to sign up.

ONLY ONE STUDENT SIGNED UP FOR THE EXCHANGE PROGRAM
I have to say, I am disappointed that only one student signed up for the exchange program.
But I also have to say: To everyone who said no Freshman would sign up, Daniel Fenton proves you wrong.
@Schroedinger’sBoy I expect from you your best behavior while you’re at Kunugigaoka as well that you give your best academically while there. And that you actually use the study material I gave you.

Amity Park’s Billionaire Mayor - by Leshawna Zon, 8/25/2006 [Amity Park Gazette]
Mayor Mortez has big competition in this year’s election: Wisconsin Billionaire Vladimir Masters – who just a few months ago – runs for mayor of Amity Park!
Last April, Vladimir Masters, CEO of MastersSoft, VladCo and many more as well as the reigining Dairy King from Wisconsin and Billionaire Bachelor of the Year, moved to our city. (Take that, Chicago!) Born to Russian immigrants, Mr. Masters is the living proof of the American Dream!
Despite being still rather new to our special city, Mr. Masters just announced he will run for mayor this year. As many consider him to be an outsider, this decision was met with a lot of skepticism. Partly as many still wonder why he moved here, all the way from Wisconsin. To make sense of this, I held an interview with the man himself!
I opened the interview with the most asked question: Why did he decide to move to Amity Park of all places?
“Well, the answer is simple, really. Back in rural Wisconsin I was lonely. So I wanted to move to a more lively area for a while.”, Vlad Masters explained. “As for why Amity specifically? A while ago, I reunited with my best friends from college. Despite me being their son’s god father, we weren’t really in contact since our ways split. But after our college reunion, we talked a lot more, which also allowed be to actually bond with my godson. So in short I moved here to be closer to my friends and family.”
I assume you, readers, are as surprised about his answer as I am. So I asked him who his friends and godson are. Especially the godson, a potential heir?
“My friends, I’m sure you know them, are the Drs. Jack and Madeline Fenton. I know, I know, they are controversial, but this does not change they are my friends.” I pointed out their technology is faulty. “They are my friends, not their tech.”
I then asked why he decided to become mayor.
“Two reasons, dear. A man like me likes a challenge and I want to take care of my new home. It is no secret that the city still recovers from getting their infrastructure wrecked by the Ghost King’s invasion.”, he replied. “I have the money to fix it, but I do not trust the actual administation to handle donations wisely.”
I nod in agreement. Mortez’ handling of the recovery left a lot to be desired. Then I asked about his godson, it is Daniel Fenton, isn’t he? Will be be the heir? As far as it is known, Vlad Masters has no children or other family.
“As for my godson, while I intend on making Daniel Ethan Fenton my heir, so far he hasn’t agree to it. Then again, he is a teenager, he probably doesn’t realize what I offer.”
Daniel Fenton as a heir to the Masters Fortune! You read it here first!

Disastroid Gone! - by Wisteria Haddows, 5/18/2007 [Amity Park Journal]
The Disastroid – the Astroid meant to destroy Earth in two days – has been destroyed by Phantom. But his method looks familiar.
Just a mere day ago, humanity discovered the existance of the Disastroid – an astroid of gigantun size coming our way – bound to destroy our planet. While the governments raced for a way to stop this from happening, the infamous Ghost Boy Phantom shared on Channel 9 yesterday that he’ll take a stab at the Disastroid.
No one thought a ghost could do it, but no one tried to stop him either.
So Phantom flew into the air, to the portal. No one knows what he did, but the Disastroid just exploded.
As soon as he returned, he was hailed the hero of the world.
But not everyone shares this sentiment. Some people noted that the explosion of the Disastroid was similar to the partial destruction of the moon from 2005.
Due to this, the Drs. Fenton and Ghost Investigation Ward claim Phantom was behind the Lunar Crash and only destroyed the Disastroid to manipulate us.
Lets’ be real, who believes this?

@MayorVladimirMasters_Official With all due respect, Mayor, but if anything this boosted his reputation. And frankly? Just because your solution might have worked as well, I prefer that the Disastroid has been neutralized as fast as possible. It is nice to not fear extinction any longer.

Has anyone an idea where Danny is? He isn’t at CAP. I doubt they rejected him, considering his high GPA.
