Why does this site (still) exist?
When the mafia still existed, I felt like we needed a better way to interact as a community of people. We couldn’t really talk in-person, obviously, so I decided to give us a way to write to eachother online.
Also, the mafia kind of gave me free reign over their computer rooms, because I was the most skilled person in it at the time in computer science. (everyone say thank you to clown for hiring skilled workers and paying actually them what they are worth). So I had an unforseen amount of storage space, which wasn’t being used. I used it for this :).
After the mafia, fell, this became a way that people orginized themselves into groups in the chaos that followed, and it wasn’t like anyone was going to use the random mafia computer servers, so I just decided to keep it. It felt like a disservice to get rid of one our best communication tools as a community.
Is my data stored in mafia city?
The servers that I used were inside of the end civilization, so the data is stored there. I don’t think anyone but me knows enough about computer science/can untangle my spagetti code in order to actually get your data, though.
Can Ashswagg see my data?
He had acess to the backend of this site when the mafia was still a thing. Now, I belive I have locked him out, but I cannot be 100% sure. In addition, he 100% has people who have accounts who he can use to look at what you post, so keep it to things you wouldn’t mind him seeing.
Will you add a private messaging system?
no.
What should I do if I notice a bug?
Shoot me a post, @ing me and describing the bug. I will try and get it fixed in the next week or so, but I do have a job, so it might take longer.
Will this site ever go fully down?
Maybe. If something happens that makes me want to take it down, I will make sure to make an admin post about it. Probably not, though—this is important enough to enough people that I wouldn’t feel comfortable taking it down.
I want to learn computer science! Can you teach me?
I have an apprentice slot open right now if you want to uproot your life and move into the nether. (Clown has hired me to do computer science) Other than that, I have liked a couple of courses on here that you can watch. If you have any specific questions, shoot me an @.
What programming language is this written in?
For those in the know, this is written in a invisible-mafia derivative of PZE-standard code, called PZE+. For those not in the know, uh…I have a post about PZE and PZE+ coding languages in my blog somewhere.
Do you know Clown did [insert evil thing]?
yes. I don’t really care tbh. Do you know that the invisible mafia killed like at least 3,000 people? And yet here we all are.

Sorry for the downtime! There was a problem at the servers, and I had to wait to be done with work in order to get over there. But it’s resolved now, and this specific issue shouldn’t happen again (I think?). Of course, different problems may happen, but. No more end stone dust getting in the fans!
Thank you so much to @Leather-Cap for letting me borrow your elytra. I couldn’t have done it without ya :)
Leather-Cap commented:
of course my friend :] I’m very sorry you lost yours during the first war, that was unfortunate, especially because you are a civilian.
Deepslate-Lapis-Lazuli-Ore responded to a comment thread by Leather-Cap:
Nah, it’s okay. It wasn’t like I was using it.

CLOWN IS EXPANDING HIS APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM YAY YAY!
More friends in the nether :). New apprentices are always so cheerfull and they bring new, fresh energy to the whole place.
More info probably on a notice board near you (in capitol city?). Lots of different slots, for a lot of different things, including ONE FOR COMPUTER SCIENCE YAY YAY YAY! I get an apprentice :))))))).

What’s up with PZE and PZE+?
This is a bit of a long story, but very condensed: the Prince Zam empire (before its destruction) was the largest supplier and consumer of computer software, computers, and downstream things like apps and factory machines run by computers. The computer as we know it was actually invented in the PZE, belive it or not!
Even though I didn’t live in the PZE at the time (worked for Clown), I was downstream from the PZE computer culture, and I would often have to make the treck over to the empire proper in order to get new information about how to use coding. PZE-standard was invented in the Prince Zam empire.
It’s not really in use now, though, because it had a metric ton of flaws, and once everyone joined the invisible mafia there was a push to improve it (everyone being in the same place made it easy for people to standardize changes like this). I actually headed that program. The invis-dot programs (invis.library, invis.forum, invis.findr, invis.maps) were all created in PZE+.
There was another coding language that sprung up at that time in the farlands farmer’s quarters, I think @honeycomb has a really good handle on that side of things. It was called FL+, and its not really in use anymore, because of the general lack of survivors from the farlands civilization.
More information on how to actually code in these languages here:
invis.library:PZE-standard
invis.library:PZE+
invis.library:FL+
