Yue Qingyuan knocks expectating him to be silent and mad but instead the boy stands up and shoos everyone away as he talks endlessly even about novels he had read of his old life, not including Pidw
this obviously dumbfounded him but he just stays quiet giving occasional comments. He won’t admit it but he only visits him imagining it’s actually his Xiao-Jiu talking to him instead. Shen Yuan stops talking after he realizes that Yue Qingyuan started to zone out and not pay attention. Shen Yuan decides to then break the silence.
“Your Shen Qingqiu is alive”
Yue Qingyuan quickly recovers and pays attention again. His grip on the table shows he wants to do more than hear him out so Shen Yuan grabs his hand to try to calm him.
“Shen Qingqiu died but his soul and possibly all his memories went to another Shen Qingqiu. The one I’m referring to is the one who’s died after you died in his world. He is in peace with his Qi-ge but the one of this world got transported to him and was most likely revived by the system. I kept getting occasional dreams of the place. And I all I would see is that… I didn’t know until I saw the body move and I saw the system saying “Transfer completed” I tried to hack the system to check but I was unsuccessful until now.”
Shen yuan summons his now version of system and makes it visible to Yue Qingyuan. He then manages to make it into a screen and shows a kinda blue image of how the situation of Shen Qingqiu looks and where he is.
“I believe I have a solution. Luo Binghe will stumble Xin Mo in the Abyss. He is alive and coming back soon. Probably to put me in the same position as the original Shen Qingqiu but I hope I can talk to him and show him that I never wanted to throw him in that abyss.”
Shen Yuan also shows another image but of Xin Mo, more like a graph about it but still to visualize what he means since he is quite unreliable with just words. Yue Qingyuan then for the first time falters and doesn’t recover. He manages only a few tears not enough to call it crying but his grip and tight embrace would say otherwise. His silence becoming unbearable to Shen Yuan but he knows everyone deals differently to these situations. This last for a few minutes and just when he backs away from the embrace Yue Qingyuan smiles but for real this time not the tight customer service smile but one straight of relief but not entirely distraught of now knowing the ,situation,
Shen Yuan hugs him this time and cries apologizing and then starts to fidget feeling likes huge burden has been lifted and he just felt the weight get removed. Shen yuan starts to kinda curl his hair, “I don’t know much of the future but when Luo Binghe comes back and reveals his identity of being half heavenly demon please don’t harm him. He was put through hell and possibly worse than just that in the abyss all he would know is kill or be killed so I don’t wanna actually go out of my way to him until he wants to. Accept him with open hands please. I don’t the old palace master to even see Luo Binghe this time.”
“Why are you doing so much when you ,know, he is going to put you through such torture or possibly just kill you?” Yue Qingyuan doesn’t bother to hide his distrust and overall contempt for demons. He is also just not informed on everything so Shen Yuan prepares to discuss that too.
“This luo binghe is different he was shown discipline and given actual training so I doubt he will destroy this peak, he will probably just get me and leave you guys out of it. It’s for the better. His power has grown possibly stronger than liu Qingge. I deserve it either way”
“You are not responsible it was that system?” Yue Qingyuan still not accustomed to the word but understand what he means now.
“The system made you do all that. It was just the means of survival. You still did it but you won’t get taken away from this peak or anywhere until I’m dead. You aren’t my Shen Qingqiu or my shidi but I had grown attached to you and I don’t wanna lose another.”
