Nothing happened, I am not abandoning this fic, it is what I said on the tin, I am going on a hiatus to play hollow knight: silksong and the hiatus may extend a little longer cause my family will travel during the summer and I cannot take my laptop.
That being said you will still get some updates if I feel like writing on my phone or I get so frustrated at a boss that I write to cool off

I wanted to add that fire lord Azulon is still Zuko's brother but he was more of a replacement child and the two never actually met since it is stated that Azulon was born in the beginning of the war which may have bred either resentment or admiration between Azulon and his brother depending on what stories he was told
this story was very much written on a whim tho so alot of plot holes may come up and edits along the way but i will try and finish it withing the next 2 monthes because i wont be able to work on it after until the next school year starts.
