Chapter Text
“When was the last time you saw her, Noelle?”
Dess was born on Christmas Day, 1996. She was almost 17 when she disappeared. She loved to play guitar with a guitar she’d gotten on her 13th birthday/christmas.
“Um, the last time, um.. she came into my room and said goodnight.. I heard yelling after.” Noelle said softly, holding her arms against her.
“I spoke with your mother about the fight, we’re trying to establish a timeline. Tell me what happened before, okay?”
“Okay..”

“Elly? You awake? Can I come in?” Dess whispered, peeking in from the hall.
“Mhm.. come in..” Noelle said groggily, sitting up in bed. Dess walked over and sat next to her. Dess
“Mom’s real pissed at me, Elly. Real mad. ‘Cause I been sneaking out.” Dess chuckled, a fond look overcoming her eyes. She looked down at Noelle and laughed again.
Noelle blinked up at her sister. Seemed odd she was bringing this up now. Dess had a fierce look in her eye now.
“I should give her something to be mad about, dontcha think? Yeah. Alright, yeah. I’ll see you in the morning. Goodnight and merry Christmas. I love you.” Dess said, standing up and walking towards the door.
“Night.. love you too..” Noelle muttered, laying back down and slowly drifting off to sleep. Dess gently closed the door, slowly plunging Noelle into pitch blackness.
The last thing she heard that night was muffled shouting from downstairs.

“And.. thats it? Are you sure she didn’t give any hints on where she was going? Any former hiding spots?” Undyne asked.
“Uh, she.. the woods by the cemetery. She’d go there. And by the bunker, she’d go there too.” Noelle replied, crossing her arms across her chest.
“Hm. Okay. Interesting. You’re free to go, Noelle.”
