Chapter Text
It had been no more than two weeks since the last time Soobin hanged out with Beomgyu. Just the two of them. Two weeks that shaped inside of him holes of absence that only undeniable feelings of longing and solitude filled.
The clock on Soobin's bedside table pointed to 10:00pm.
The rain was still pouring outside his window, and with it, the love within him still grew. The sun started to shine and the rays of it still slipped through the trees in the mourning, and with it, the love within him still grew. The flowers in his grandma's small pots continued to bloom, and with them, so did the love within him. Soobin felt like love grew within him everytime and everywhere he went.
A notification sound came from his phone as he picked it up from its place on his bedside table. It was Beomgyu. Of course it would be. He had sent him a reel again.
Unconsciously, a small grin made its appearance on Soobin's lips. It was a simple funny reel with some dog doing weird faces but still, it made him feel relieved. Relieved because he might have felt the need to distance himself but he had also been selfish.
He distanced himself but he also hoped that his absence wouldn't feel the void that he once occupied, that empty space where his presence only seemed to add weight instead of lifting it. He hoped that the other wouldn't find comfort in the silence where Soobin's words used to be. He hoped that the space he had left wouldn't allow Beomgyu to grow in ways he possibly couldn't when they were still tangled together in Beomgyu's room under the cover of the quiet of the nights filled with millions of stars looking down at them.
Another second passed by and the three moving dots on the bottom left of Soobin's phone screen made their appearance, indicating that Beomgyu was typing.
Another second passed and
Im bored
Do u wanna come over?
Maybe we could go to the roof and stargaze
I heard there will be falling stars tonight
Turned out to be the messages hiding behind those, previously, three moving dots. Soobin felt his heart thumping again. Thumping and aching for an answer that he knew he was dying to give. His fingers lingered over his keyboard as that fierce something inside him burnt.
He knew that when time blurred and fresh leaves swinged in the last days of spring, days passed drenched in pools made by thoughts of him. He knew about all the warm nights that went wasted and about the letters of unspoken feelings that he dearly hid inside his chest.
He should have dreamed of the plain blue sea, and not of deep brown oceans. The plain blue sea, where the sun would hit and kiss his skin and where the wind whispered to say sweet nothings and forget about Beomgyu. He tired to. He really did but how could he, when his art studio and heart was full of depictions of soft brown eyes? And to love Beomgyu, merely ignited hope in Soobin once again.
Another second passed by and Soobin knew that he simply couldn't stay away from him. Not even a breath away was a bearable distance when it came to Beomgyu. It seemed that, a life without him would be no other than one filled with guilt and isolation. Soobin could, with ease, tell so. He could just stare at the other's dazzling eyes, his soft lips, his beautiful laughter which he found the meaning of life in. He could only stare and stare at him forever.
In his head he created more than a hundred lives, but none of them seemed to be on top of this pleasant scenario. He decided that he would try and give his everything for Beomgyu to feel his love. For Soobin to feel loved. Untill then, Soobin decided that he would wait.
Waiting drives you crazy, people say. But for Beomgyu, Soobin was more than willing to go insane. Walk through fire and swallow every single flame. Let the world collapse and watch it all decay. Because everything Soobin would do, would be worth it, just to see him. Because for Soobin, Beomgyu was a burning house in which Soobin would die to live in.
So that's what Soobin did. He stood against the the stick, he took a rope and wrapped it around himself making sure that he couldn't escape and heard a command coming from someone far away. "Burn the witch!" A man shouted. And just like that Soobin burnt. At least that's how it felt like to him.
He didnt look. He felt the guilt creeping up his insides too. But again, it would be worth it.
Yes
I'll be there in twenty
See u
Was all Soobin texted back with shimmering hands and an unsteady heartbeat.
And if in some past life Beomgyu was the sun, then Soobin would be Icarous. The boy who Greeks have been telling stories about for thousands of years. The boy whose desire surpassed his physical strength. The young son of a great inventer who, as the myth has it, lived with his father in a prison they both didn't deserve to end up in. So time passed. Second by second was spent in them collecting bird feathers and wax to make two sets of man-made wings. Two sets of wings that would help them explain their cell. The plan would work out just fine, if Icarous wasn't thrilled by the beauty of the sun.
"Don't get too close to the sun because the heat will cause the wax in your wings to melt." His father had warned him but Icarous felt like a god, flying across the vast sea of clouds and towards the rein of the sun. The young boy was memorized by the majesty that was rulling their sky called sun. He was so thrilled that he hadn't realized that the wax in his wings had started to melt little by little, every second that passed past him. Untill, the sensation of the sun's warm rays couldn't reach him anymore as he was drowning in the waters of yet unknown seas.
And if in some past life Beomgyu was the sun, then Soobin would be Icarous. The boy who flew too close to the sun entranced by its beauty and trapped in the euphoria that it caged him in. Ignoring all the warnings. But maybe love shouldn't melt wings. Maybe it shouldn't send you crushing on the surface of wild waves caused by brown oceans. And yet as Soobin fell, he still reached out for the sun. And as the Greeks mourned him, they would create stories about him. A little detail that they always forget to mention while telling his story ,though, was that Soobin was smilling as he was falling.
And it was settled. He would see him again tonight, after what felt like an eternity. The door to the burning house was opened and welcoming him and he didnt think twice before entering it.
𐔌՞. .՞𐦯
Twenty minutes later, Soobin was there. Standing right outside his door. He didnt know if he was ready. It had been a while. And God he had missed him so much. He tried to distance himself but there was only so much a man could take. He could no longer tolerate the thump of his heart screaming Beomgyu's name every single second that passed. He could no longer tolerate the absence that filled his art studio in the form of canvases filled with long brown locks of hair.
He decided that if the thought of lack, whether it would be money, companionship or love, had become who he thought he was, he would always experience lack. Rather than acknowledging the good that was already in his life, all he saw was lack. Acknowledging the good that was already in his life, was the beginning of their foundations for all abudance. The fact was: whatever he thought the world was withholding form him, he was withholding from the world.
And so he knocked on the door of Beomgyu's small apartment. Once. Twice. Then, he heard movement form the other side of the door.
One. Two. He counted the seconds in his head. And there he was, Choi Beomgyu. Soobin had forgotten how pretty he really was. It was crazy how gorgeous Beomgyu had always been in Soobin’s eyes. Even before he even thought of actually speaking to him. Even when he would still try to steal glaces at him, with his only witnesses the books resting on the library's shelves.
Before Soobin could utter a single word Beomgyu offered him a wide smile and oh Soobin was entranced.
"You’re here! I bought us snacks!"Beomgyu spoke first and brought two bags of chips up his face to show them to Soobin. But how could Soobin avert his eyes from Beomgyu's face to the bags he was holding. They could never stand a chance against the face he secretly had found solance in.
"Do you wanna go now?" Beomgyu asked as he saw how Soobin wouldn't talk.
"Go where?" It was then that Soobin snapped out of his trance as he realized he couldn't stay mutted for forever.
"Go to the roof, you idiot. I told you to come over and stargaze. Did you forget?" The other boy responded with a playful tone decorating his voice. He stepped out of his apartment and closer to where Soobin stood to lock the door to his small apartment and Soobin's breath got caught in the middle of his throat at the sudden proximity. However, seemingly unaware of Soobin's almost panicked state, Beomgyu started climbing up the stairs as Soobin decided to follow after him.
Step after step was done in the quiet cool air that surrounded their city's night atmosphere.
"Its beautiful" Soobin admited when Beomgyu opened to door leading to the roof, and came face to face with the view of the not so distant lights of the city and the rein of the moon amongst the thousands of the little celestial beings that the earth called stars scattered all across the blanket of, what they were lucky to claim as, their galaxy.
At that, Beomgyu turned his head to look at Soobin again after sparing the night sky a glance."I know right? Isn't it?" He nodded in agreement.
And "yeah... very beautiful" Soobin admited as he averted his gaze from the city view to the boy in front if him, "so beautiful" he whispered the moment their eyes locked.
Nobody dared to talk as the seconds passed by. Two gazes interlinked and pulled together by what felt like an inevitable and otherworldly force. The strings of fate, as some may say. Some more seconds passed, lost in the cage of unsaid prayers and anonymous feelings. Some more seconds passed and in shared understanding, they sat on the part of the floor that was covered by an old blanket and waited for the stars to begin falling in front of their eyes.
They started talking. About uni, about their last assignment, about the cat Beomgyu saw earlier on the pavement, everything and anything. Soobin felt like going home. Home to a soft spoken voice and a much missed touch. He should have expected that talking to Beomgyu would never feel difficult or forced. It felt like his heart had finally stopped aching for something unreachable. It had mentally settled. It decided for him that that would be all he would ever truly need. Being around Beomgyu felt more like a second nature at this point. A primal instinct. Like a biological need. And who knows? Maybe it had developed into one by now.
They talked as if they had never drifted apart. As if Soobin never started ignoring Beomgyu. As if Soobin never started ignoring himself.
They talked and talked and talked and time passed by them without them even noticing. It must have been a little before midnight when the first star fell before them.
"Did you notice that?" Beomgyu exclaimed with eyes wide in fascination. It was truly beautiful and Soobin couldn't deny that. He did notice it but not looking at the sky. He noticed the falling star in the reflection of Beomgyu's eyes.
"Yeah... I did." He replied as his gaze softened over the wide smile that broke into Beomgyu's face over the falling celestial beings on their sky.
"How could I not?" He continued with honestly obvious in his voice as it lowered while saying that. It almost felt like a confession to a priest. How could he not get lost in Beomgyu's brown oceans. How could he not recognize the sparkle of that now lost star falling next to his iris and on top of his anonymous and fought back feelings that were screaming in hopes of escaping the jail of his chest.
A moment or two passed and Beomgyu's gaze softened at the sincerity of the message hidden behind Soobin's words. None of them talked and another star fell. Then another and another slowly took their leave from the darkness of the night that they've always known as their home.
And as Soobin found himself facing Beomgyu, he froze. A minute or two passed and he didnt dare move. Beomgyu didnt try to move away either. Instead he ever so carefully, lifted his hand from the ground up to the front of Soobin's head to gently tug a strand of hair, that was blocking Soobin's vision, behind his ear.
Soobin's mouth parted, his breath catching on the inhale but still stood frozen there. Eyes never leaving Beomgyu's. He didnt dare to move. Beomgyu did though. His gaze softened even more, looking like it was pleading for something nameless, and looking directly into Soobin's eyes. A gaze so soft yet so piercing Soobin felt as if Beomgyu was trying to take a glance at the abyss of his own heart and soul. Little did Beomgyu know that all he had to do was ask and Soobin would obey. If Beomgyu asked, Soobin would take a knife and rip his chest apart just to give Beomgyu his most vital organ. If Beomgyu asked, Soobin would let Beomgyu consume him whole.
Instead, Beomgyu said nothing. Or maybe he did speak. Through his actions. He brought his hand directly next to Soobin's head before carding his fingers through Soobin's hair and starting playing with his hair strands. A movement so light and carefull, Soobin thought that Beomgyu deemed that he would break him if he wasn't carefull . And fuck maybe he was right. Maybe Soobin would break. Or maybe something in him had already broke judging from the way his pulse throbbed at the base of this throat.
Fuck it. Soobin thought that Beomgyu was like the wind. The wind that doesnt ask which way to blow. The wind that just moved and caused things to fall into place. Soobin wandered how life would change, if he stopped asking for direction, and let himself be carried by the soft breeze.
And that was the exact moment, another star started falling in the sky. He knew it. He could see it. In his eyes. As the stars fell from the sky he saw them falling in Beomgyu's eyes. And as they fell, entranced by his beauty, he knew.
His brain standing no chance against his heart anymore. He knew that as the stars fell, he fell too. He fell so hard it felt like no bottom could ever stop him from free falling. His fall was so endless it felt like flying.
In Beomgyu's eyes Soobin was free. It felt like his heart opened up, freeing all kinds of emotions. He felt and he felt and he felt. He felt everything and nothing. His mind covered in a fog rich and full of reflections of Beomgyu.
Soobin felt traped in an endless prison of colours and hope. Yet he was so glad to be a prisoner. A prisoner being drowned by something that felt dangerously close to romantic love.
The silence only stretched further.
Before Beomgyu broke it.
"I've missed you." Beomgyu suddenly admited. His voice silent yet in Soobin’s ears it felt like he was shouting, it felt like a prayer desperate to be heard.
"I've missed you so much, Soobin." He added and Soobin was gone. Gone like the shining falling and dying stars in Beomgyu's eyes. Perhaps, this time, what he saw wasn't a star but himself. Maybe what he truly witnessed was the reflection of his own self falling deep and endlessly into the waves that would have him dead before he would come back again reborn and changed, left at the nearby beach of Beomgyu's honest arms.
"Kiss me." Soobin exclaimed, a request so silent and yet more powerful than a prayer that Beomgyu wouldn't be able to hear it if they weren't so close.
And Beomgyu's reaction was immediate. Soobin could do nothing but watch as Beomgyu’s brows rose, his eyes widened and mouth fell a little open. An expression of surprise covering his face before something close to understanding and something else, something else that Soobin couldn't name, or maybe something else that Soobin wasn't ready to name yet, took it'spalce on Beomgyu's gaze.
"Soobin..." Beomgyu said, moving both of his hands to cup Soobin's cheeks without moving away. And fuck. How was Soobin supposed to think of any other person when Beomgyu was looking at him like this. Holding his like this.
The features of Beomgyu's face, that Soobin ever so desperately fell in love with, moved to form an apologetic gaze that stared at Soobin as if he tried to move every single organ from inside Soobin's body just to find his heart and examine it, just with his irises. "Soobin... are you sure?" He asked and lowered his head to look at the cold floor as if he was embarrassed.
" You talked to me about your past relationships once... and, I thought you were sure that you're straight." He explained in a whisper so low and yet so powerful that could split Soobin's chest apart.
"I don't wanna be some pawn in some experimental game." He finished talking and finally lifted his head to steal a glance at Soobin, in eyes that seemed to be searching for an answer that he wasn't sure if he was ready to give.
Silence fell between them. Soobin just stood there. Thinking of anything and nothing before feeling Beomgyu's finger gently wiping a tear away from below Soobin's right eye. Soobin was crying? He hadn't even realized that he had started crying. He couldn't take it anymore. He lifted one hand to cup Beomgyu's hand that had wiped away his tear.
And as his silent tears slowly run down his face he felt small fireworks exploding inside of him. He felt and he felt and he felt. His whole body ached. He ached to speak, to touch, to see, to be understood. He felt the pain spreading through every single one of his veins. From the biggest to the smallest one, as his blood run in circles all over his body. He ached to speak about his feelings to him. He deserved to know but Soobin was a coward.
"Please... Beomgyu." Was all that he could gather the courage to say in a trembling voice and at a loss of words. More tears run down his cheeks while all he could do was hold Beomgyu's hand against his face so desperately that it hurt, more mentally than physically.
Beomgyu, in response, just let a shaking breath escape his unstable lips. Soobin closed his eyes. Perhaps if he couldn't see he could pretend that it wasn't true. He could pretend like he wasnt supposed to be straight. Like he wasn't questioning a part of himself that he always known to be true and unshakable. He could pretend like he wasn't in love with his best friend. Like he wasn't in love with Beomgyu.
He forced his eyes open, though, when he felt warm arms wrapping around him and an even warmer breath against his neck. What he saw was Beomgyu embracing him into a hug. Soobin's breath hitched, his words stalling on his tongue. Eventually he melted into Beomgyu's touch. He felt so content. He felt like he could die right there and be happy.
What felt like a decay and half a second at the same time later, Beomgyu lifted his head and looked at Soobin. Like, really looked at Soobin. A soft smile breaking into his face.
"Please, Soobin. Please dont cry." Beomgyu whispered and all Soobin could do was cry even more.
"Please..." Beomgyu begged this time with his voice shaking.
"Please." Beomgyu begged again his voice weaker this time.
"Please Soobin I can't bear seeing you like this" was the last thing Beomgyu said before Soobin saw a tear running down Beomgyu's cheek too.
Soobin's heart broke right there. It wasn't supposed to be like this. He didnt want it to be like this. Or so he thought. Or no. He didnt seem to think or know anything anymore. Not when he felt Beomgyu's hands holding him like he was the most fragile thing on earth. And maybe he was. He didnt know. He couldn't know. Not when he felt Beomgyu's soft lips gently kissing his tears away. Not when he felt Beomgyu softly kissing his lips.
And oh Soobin felt like Beomgyu kissing him was both a blessing and a curse.
A blessing because being kissed by Beomgyu was the best thing he had ever been able to feel.
And a curse because he wouldn't know how to live without it anymore.
But he didnt care. In fact, he couldn't do anything but kiss Beomgyu back. All he could feel was Beomgyu, Beomgyu, Beomgyu and Beomgyu. Nothing else seemed to matter. Beomgyu touching him everywhere or him touching Beomgyu everywhere. He couldn't tell which happened first or which felt better. He couldn't bring himself to care, when the fireworks that he previously felt like they were exploding inside him, had now turned into a rapid and ranging fire that burnt every single one of the cells making up his body.
He only felt anything other than Beomgyu, when his naked back fell on Beomgyu's cold sheets.
And yet there Soobin was, surrendered to the tongue of desire. Wings spread and broken heading to a sky characterized by the a need so primal and human that felt like it touched the boarders of cannibalism.
Maybe, if what the Bible said was true, Soobin would burn in the depths of hell for eternity and he would be totally fine knowing that. For the gates of hell would open up for him to enter it and he would be able to tell all the other sinners that he would find there, how he had been able to experience heaven before physically experiencing death.
Too bad it would never happen, since religion was a way of living that had failed him when he was still very young. Or maybe it would happen in another life. Or maybe it had already happened, again, in another life. Perhaps Beomgyu died some million years ago and before entering heaven, Soobin cut him into pieces that later turned into the stars that made the night sky so beautiful, people forgot about the sun. Who knows?
Well, what Soobin knew was that he was laying there, on Beomgyu's bed with Beomgyu above him. What Soobin knew was that he wanted to be claimed by him. He wanted to be his. Because that was all he could ever truly want to be.
On the same sheets, they scattered like the stardust that connected them both through their veins and shared needs. The stardust that decorated them both as they shone under the naked vulnerability of the strong entanglement of fate that they happened to share and sweetly reigned on them both.
Soobin didn't have any fancy underwear. There was no need for that. All he was able to wear was his need for Beomgyu. All that decorated his body was the way his pulse had never learned to slow down when in the others presence. He wore the ghosts of his past and the moans that left his mouth. The gasps of the common saying of 'I love you' turned into 'I belong to you'. He decided that he needed to wear nothing but the way his eyes found Beomgyu in every room, hallway or space. Nothing but the way his heart had always been beating for him.
So he lied there, belly-up, like a dog begging to be taken care of, to be touched. Maybe humans were exactly like animals after all. He saw Beomgyu naked, on top of him and he wondered if his teeth could tear through him because that was all he wanted. He felt the desire for Beomgyu to split him open, to dig his fingers in and pry open his ribs. He wanted Beomgyu to lick his insides and search for all the parts of Soobin that Soobin didnt like so that he would know where to start.
He felt it. And as Beomgyu gnawed on him, kissed him and gashed in his neck, he called it romance. And as Beomgyu fed on his organs, he called it lust. He felt how Beomgyu crawled in his insides and found where Soobin was most ruined, just to love him right there.
Beomgyu's name in Soobin's throat like a jewel. The same throat that in Beomgyu loving Soobin, he held a knife at Soobin's throat and in Soobin loving Beomgyu, Soobin told him exactly where to cut.
Because that's how he wanted to love. He loved and he prepared his armor. He greased it, only for it to end up covered all in his blood and stardust. Because loving Beomgyu meant inviting him to slash him open on the opened field covered by his bedsheets. Never in the rear, or in the middle. Soobin stood with all his power in the frontline of an army in a war that he had no way of making it out alive. Because, one of his feet was standing vulnerable on Beomgyu's sheets and the other in the grave that he had dug himself.
Never the protagonist of a movie who makes it out of their battle alive and has gods watching over. But always an ordinary soldier who fought with fright and all his might, with no certain happy ending written down for him and only doom watching over him. Never the mastermind, never the captain, never the king, but always a follower of love, born to die a thousand times if needed.
To him, love had always been a war. He loved and fought for it. He loved and then bled blood and stardust as he got used up.
Because of course he would get used up. To love Beomgyu was to unclasp his ribcage and raw his burnt heart to devastation. He would wait for the arrival of a much needed apocalypse with the patient of a dog, that was ready to face its fate and welcome its murder. Soobin would kiss Beomgyu's mouth and that would be the only thing that Beomgyu could serve him in return for his sacrifice, it would be enough. For Soobin was not afraid of death.
And fortunately for Soobin, Beomgyu looked like he knew exactly how to love a boy that was ready to die in his arms.
Beomgyu kissed his spine and eyelids so slowly that Soobin thought of his touch as all that he would ever need to surround him. He held his face between his hands as if it was made of fragile crystal, ready to break.
Beomgyu fucked him hard and loved him raw, because he knew he could take it and Soobin needed to remember that he could take it. Soobin let him taste the desire off his tongue and breathe his smoke into his lungs. He let him lick the salt of his skin and take the chronic weight off Soobin's shoulders. He let Beomgyu believe that he was healing him from the inside as Soobin was healing Beomgyu too.
He moaned again and again in a voice rich in desperation and need for more, as the steady hands that Beomgyu was born with found their way all around Soobin's body as they scanned the scars that all these years had left behind. He caressed them as he whispered little notes of a song invented at the very beginning of human history, and lost by the passage of time and lust, in his ear and along Soobin's neck . A little while passed before Beomgyu's hands finally found their destined spot around Soobin's naked waist.
Thrust after thrust came and their bodies ended up in a primal dance so close that Soobin wasn't sure where he ended and where Beomgyu begun. His eyes rolled back and his mind went blank for a mere second before a white explosion, full of his feelings and devotion came rushing down his abdomen.
A part of him gave up all his energy to move while the other parts of him wanted to reciprocate the stars that Beomgyu stole from the sky of his own feelings and poured out in all his kisses that he hanged one by one on the walls of Soobin's body. And Soobin, in return, accepted the neverending sky of Beomgyu's unknown feelings that Soobin seemed to fly in.
Beomgyu's lips tasted sweet and so did Soobin's sorrow. The bitterness that came later, when he wouldn't know how to deal with the weight of his remaining needs and the force of the brown waves that he chose to sink in.
And if people asked Soobin how much he loved, he would say enough to be Icarous. Because the sea only remembered his fall, while Soobin only remembered the sun. Because the fall meant that he flew, and his death meant that he loved.
Such might be the fate of the 'fool' so in love.
Soobin felt like an animal ready to be slaughtered only to be brought back in another form, in another life, as a diety, as a star. While Beomgyu tried to be gentle while he teared him apart. If anything was to kill Soobin, he hoped that it would be Beomgyu. He hoped that it would be love. And maybe, just maybe that would be exactly what would kill him, only to have him be reborn again.
𐔌՞. .՞𐦯
That night, Soobin had a dream. He dreamed of lands covered in vibrant green grass and clear skies.
Then, came the fresh smell of flowers, even more vibrant that the grass. Soobin tired to search for them but all he saw was grass.
Confused, he started running in search of the flowers but no matter where he went, all he could see was grass and clear blue skies until the sun bid farewell to the sky only to be replaced by what some myths say, his lover, the moon.
Hours passed by, minute after minute slipping through his fingers like lost grains of sand and still no flower in sight, only for the scent to get stronger.
He caughed suddenly. A beautiful white petal that seemed almost ethereal reflecting the moonlight, coming out of his mouth. Then more, this time accompanied with a little blood. He felt sore.
That's when he realized that the flowers weren't planted on the ground, but in his lungs, some even in his heart. It seemed as if flowers grew in the saddest parts of him.
He wished he could tell Beomgyu what he meant to him, but it was wrong. He wished he could rip the flowers off his chest one by one out to give him a bouquet of unsaid i love yous. But he couldn't. Not because it was wrong. Not because he was supposed straight. But because he wished he could be brave or honest enough, so that he could give the bouquet to him. So that he could say it to him. So that Beomgyu would know it. So that Soobin would admit it to himself and so that he could never take it back.
But he wasn't brave or honest enough, so all he could do was look at his hands, that were now covered in blood and ethereal looking petals. In the dream, Soobin tried to rip his core apart just like Beomgyu did just hours ago, and search for it. The seed that so carefully Beomgyu had planted in his heart so long ago.
Beomgyu made flowers grow in his lungs and although they were beautiful, Soobin could no longer breathe. At least he knew, that when his corpse would start rotting away and when the earth would consume him whole, the bugs that would begin eating out his heart, would have an initial taste of loneliness and loss but then, all they would ever be able to remember would be the aftertaste of Soobin's devastating love for Beomgyu.
Little did Soobin know though, that when time would help the earth swallow his rotting corpse, the same flowers that were now dying with him in his lungs would grow again. Because his flesh might have been destined to rot, but mother nature knew that the pureness of his love would be a waste to rot with it too.
