Jungkook quickly got ready for college and tried his best to slip past Taehyung, but before he could make it out of the door, Taehyung was at his side with his big, boxy smile.
"Jungkookie, I'm ready."
And honestly, Jungkook didn't have the heart to deny him after seeing that innocent look on his face.
Jungkook sighed and nodded his head.
It'll only take fifteen minutes to walk to the college, so they decided to walk instead of taking Jungkook's bike.
They fell into comfortable steps. Jungkook noticed Taehyung waving at little kids as they passed by, even though they couldn't see him. This time, the time passed quickly and quietly for Jungkook too.
After fifteen minutes, they finally reached college. Some students were in a hurry, while others were chatting with their friends. Taehyung's eyes widened in shock like he was seeing it for the first time.
"Wow, Jungkookie, your college is so big. You must be smart or something."
"Taehyung, you were practically living in the college for the past week. Why are you acting so surprised?" Jungkook asked, confused.
"Hmm, I was too scared and lonely to explore this place." Taehyung rubbed the back of his neck, a little embarrassed at his little admission.
Taehyung was looking so damn cute in that moment, in his brown cardigan with his a little too long sleeves and a light blush on his cheeks that Jungkook just wanted to wrap him and put him in his pocket and protect him from everyone and everything.
Jungkook widened his eyes at his thoughts and cleared his throat before starting to walk again.
Taehyung, who had no clue, started following Jungkook happily.
Jungkook attended his lectures normally, and Taehyung, well, let's just say that he tried to behave, but what can he do? He's Taehyung.
Jungkook was peacefully taking notes, the sound of pages turning and a few students whispering filling the room, when he felt a tap on his shoulder.
"Jungkookie, I'm getting bored," Taehyung yawned.
"Taehyung, shhh, let me listen," Jungkook whispered.
"But..." Taehyung pouted.
When Jungkook didn't feel anything for another five minutes, he sneaked a glance at his side and saw Taehyung still pouting with his hands crossed at his chest. A small smile formed on Jungkook's lips.
"Why don't you go and explore college since you like it that much?" Jungkook whispered again to Taehyung.
"Oh, wait, good idea!" Taehyung's eyes lit up.
"Taehyung, don't go for too long. Okay?" Taehyung started to get up.
"And don't get lost."
"Okay, Jungkookie." Taehyung gave a little salute to Jungkook and went on to his little adventure.
As Taehyung walked away, his eyes caught a notice board with an announcement pinned to it. His curiosity immediately got the better of him.
