Chapter Text

"How did you even think about it?" Earn asked, incredulous.

"I just thought that if I insulted him enough, he'll run away." Tine admitted, shrugging nonchalantly.

"I think I saw him cry a bit..." Phuak added, proceeding to exaggeratedly mimic the guy, making all the other occupants of the table howl in boisterous laughter.

Currently in the Law Faculty cafeteria, their entire friend circle were seated around a large table in the corner - The One Brain-cell Gang, The White Lion Gang, all Ctrl+S members with the host of this small get-together : Earn and Pear - to celebrate the girls making their relationship official and public.

When asked about the occasion from Man and Temp, Earn had excitedly narrated how Tine had saved her from an annoying ex the previous day, a smiley Pear supporting her girlfriend from behind, and then proceeded to announce their relationship very enthusiastically.

"Everyone, Pear and I are seeing each other and to celebrate the starting of an annoyance free life and for thanking y'all for all the support and positive energy - especially Tine, bro, I love you, dude - I invite y'all starved kids to stuff your face with whatever you want. It's all on me today, my dear friends. Eat away!"

With a small cheer, everyone set to clank their plastic cups filled with juice and water around the table.

The special mention of 'Tine' had raised the curiosity of the other people who were absent during the scene which led to Earn story-telling - of course with Fong, Ohm and Phuak adding a little bit of MSG here and there.

Tine was now a hero - 'a saviour of the lesbians' as quoted by Man - in the group, who walked around with his head held high, obviously feeling proud being able to help Earn and Pear gather strength to talk to their parents and make themselves an official couple.

Sarawat kept smiling at Tine, who was casually munching on a slice of cheese pizza at the moment, occassionally sipping his Blue Hawaii.

He remembered their conversation under the tree last night.

"Earn said you had planned a private evening for us?"

"Yes, but it doesn't matter now..."

"Wat. You don't need to plan a private evening with me."

Sarawat turned to look at Tine who had a naughty look on his face as he whispered.

"Almost all our nights are private, no?"

Sarawat felt his ears turn red, heat crawling up his neck. He shook his head.

"No, Tua Woon Wai! Not like that!"

"Then?" Tine's brows knit in confusion.

"I..." Sarawat sighed. It was better if he just said it out right. "I wanted to have a talk with you, Tine. Every time you come back from the campus, you're so tired and I also noticed that you're not eating properly. You always try to be perfect. I don't like it."

His face relaxed into a comforting expression of understanding.

Tine held Sarawat's hands in his own.

"I'm sorry. I'll make time for you. I didn't realise I wasn't-"

Sarawat furiously shook his head, shutting Tine up effectively.

"No, Tine! You do all your work ahead of time, study so hard, maintain your straight A's throughout, always take care of the Cheerleading team, attend Music Club and on top of all that, you always listen to me! You're not being a bad boyfriend, Tine - I am! I feel awful because you don't take care of yourself, dedicating all your time to the clubs and studies, and still shower me with attention. I wanted this evening to be your rest day. Then this happened and I don't even know-"

Sarawat's rambling was cut off when Tine suddenly hugged him. Even though it was a bit awkward due to their seating positions, Tine threw himself over him, wrapping his arms tight around Sarawat's shoulders.

"Tine, I- "

"Sarawat..."

Once Sarawat heard his bunny's broken voice, he was immediately alarmed.

He gently pried Tine away from him, cupping his face to make him look at him.

Tine lifted up his gaze to look at him and-

Tears.

Sarawat felt like he was stabbed right in his heart.

"Ai' Tine!" Eyes wide and frantic, he gently wiped Tine's cheeks with his thumb, taking away the tears. He can't let tears come in Tine's eyes - they didn't belong there.

Sniffing softly, Tine placed his hands on Sarawat's where they cupped his cheeks.

"Thank you so much, Sarawat... I don't know what I'll do if you suddenly disappeared one day. It's like I've forgotten how I was before you came along. I don't know how to live without you anymore, Wat..."

Sarawat wasn't a person who cried easily, but this - Tine's broken voice whispering, laying his heart out in front of him like this, being so open, so bare, so vulnerable for him - was enough to make his eyes flood.

"Are you trying to make me cry, Tua Woon Wai?"

Tine shook his head, lips pulled in a cute pout, face red from sniffing.

"I'm just saying that I love you..."

It was cruel how Tine had no idea of the arrows he just shot at Sarawat's heart by simply letting out those three words.

Sarawat froze. He would melt if he could.

Still sniffling like a bunny, Tine proceeded to remove Sarawat's hands from his cheeks, holding them over his lap instead. He turned his body to sit facing his boyfriend.

"You remember I told you that I promised myself to be open with my feelings, right? I always try to show you how much I love you with my actions and attention because I don't want to hide even a small thing from you. My feelings, my emotions... Me - I became a book, Wat... I became a book whose words only you can understand. You keep reading me like no one did before..." Tine gave a small chuckle. "You cherish me like an ancient scroll instead of a dusty hand-me-down. I'm just doing the same. I'm cherishing you, Wat. My love, my care, my concern, my world - it all revolves around you. Even though however much I try to, I will always be behind with that extra year of yours before we met at Uni, I promise you that everyday, I'll remind you how much I love you. I'll shout it out to the world if that's what you'll ask me to because I have courage to say that it's you... Just you..."

Sarawat didn't know how long he sat there staring at Tine's face while he confessed his love, but he instantly felt the wetness on his cheeks as soon as he blinked. He didn't even realise he was crying.

Tine eyed his tears with a frown, simply dipping his head in to kiss the falling drops off his cheeks.

Sarawat was still a bit dazed from all of it when Tine suddenly spoke.

"Your tears are like you..."

"What?"

"They're a bit salty..."

Sarawat sighed.

It was such a good mood and Tine made it into a joke. But it's okay, because he knows that Tine doesn't like serious atmosphere, especially when the two of them are together.

After that, both of them agreed to get back to their apartment, keeping a peaceful and comfortable silence during the ride home.

As soon as they got home, they both changed their outfits, throwing the clothes in the hamper and went to freshen up (Tine taking his extra time to remove all the black from his eyes). He then ran towards the kitchenette and Sarawat begged Tine to let him help (Tine thankfully agreed).

Their night had went by uneventful - eating dinner while making small talk, teasing each other, having a mini food fight, cleaning up the mess after because they're responsible adults, washing all the utensils together so that it would take less time, Sarawat serenading Tine with his daily dose of Scrubb, running to the bedroom, throwing their clothes away and... Hugging each other to sleep (it had already been a long day and they had classes tomorrow, so no hanky-panky, but still Tine had woken up with something hard poking his ass right in the morning and he may or may not have helped Sarawat take care of it).

Right now, Sarawat is smiling, watching Tine casually munching on a slice of cheese pizza at the moment, occassionally sipping his Blue Hawaii.

Tine must've felt eyes on him, because he turned to Sarawat as soon as he finished his piece of pizza, carefully wiping his hand clean on tissue.

"Wat, I had a long day..." Tine fake whined, leaning his head on Sarawat's shoulder, slumping his body against his boyfriend.

Sarawat just cooed, Tine's antics always made him super cute.

"There, there..." He wrapped his hand around and patted Tine's head just like he'd always done. His hand finding home in Tine's hair was as natural as breathing.

Tine laughed that little giggle of his before he did a quick bow to Sarawat, hand coming up to his chest.

"Thank you for the energy, kind Sir."

Sarawat preened. He loved it when Tine joked around like this. A happy cuddly Tine was Sarawat's favourite Tine.

Soon after their small party was over, Earn waved them bye, looking gloomy as heck while eyeing her purse, Pear following behind while patting her shoulder in a comforting manner. Sarawat was sure he heard Earn saying, 'They eat like pigs...' when she saw the bill.

Tine and Sarawat walked back to their apartment straight after, they had no classes to attend being a Saturday while a few others have a morning lecture. The party was called for in the early evening so that no one would have to deal with classes (or bunk them).

"Ai' Wat?" Tine called, walking leisurely.

"Hmm?" Sarawat turned to face Tine.

"I love you." Tine said as casually and as naturally as if telling the time.

Sarawat's curious face bloomed into a full blown smile which reached from one ear to the other, steps immediately coming to a halt.

"I love you, too. Not that I'll ever mind but why so suddenly?"

Tine pressed his lips together once before smiling that deep rare smile, the one that showed his dimples which made Sarawat feel blessed due to the fact that he was the only one who knew about this smile of Tine. Fong, Ohm and Phuak had never seen Tine's dimpled smile. Seeing this smile made him want to poke Tine's cheeks.

"Nothing. Just wanted to see you smile..."

They walked the short distance with their hands interlaced and Tine didn't know why, but Sarawat seemed to be on edge since he'd said 'I love you'. His hand felt more warm in Tine's own and the grip was like a vice.

Shrugging the weird feeling that radiated off Sarawat with his expression blank and intense eyes, Tine walked into their apartment building and pressed the button for the elevator with his free hand, the other still tightly clutched in a certain wolf like man's paw.

They entered the elevator and Tine could tell something was going on with Sarawat.

He kept looking at their joined hands and tapped his free hand against his thigh. Tine assumed that Sarawat had gotten an idea for his music and left it at that.

As soon as they got off at their floor, Sarawat walked in large strides towards their door, Tine keeping up with his steps, card ready in hand.

He haphazardly swiped the card to unlock the door and pulled Tine inside.

A loud boom resonated within the corridor, result of both the door being banged shut and Tine's back fiercely colliding with the door.

Tine had little time to process the mild pain on his shoulder, mind going numb from Sarawat's tongue forcing it's way in his mouth, a strong hand lifting his thigh up to wrap around the sturdy waist, the other pinning his wrists above his head.

Tine let out a whimper, parting his mouth wider. It didn't matter how many times Sarawat did this, it always managed to take him by surprise.

Even after so many times of Sarawat showing his raw desire, his want for Tine, it never failed to take his breath away. He remembers how Sarawat had dragged him to bed, not letting him leave or even put on a single piece of clothing after their first night.

"Sar- Mmmphh!"

A loud moan escaped him when Sarawat licked his tongue, opting to softly suck and nip on it.

Sarawat kept kissing him like a famished person, ferociously moving his lips to taste each nook and cranny of Tine's sinful mouth to quench his insatiable thirst.

"Wa- Mmmhhhmp-"

Tine tried to wiggle his wrists free from Sarawat's unrelenting grip. Sarawat gladly let them go, snaking one arm around Tine's slender waist and the other resting at his nape, hoisting Tine up against the door with his legs wrapped firmly around him before leaving his death grip on Tine's thigh.

With his hands now unrestrained, Tine tried to lightly push Sarawat's shoulders, to which Sarawat merely tightened his hold, increasing the intensity of his kiss.

If Tine didn't know any better, he would most definitely say that it was almost like Sarawat was angry with the vigour and force he used to kiss Tine.

He had no idea how long they had locked their lips for but he was getting dizzy.

He tried to turn his head away, but the hand on his nape shifted, lightly gripping his jaw instead.

Soon, dots began to float in his vision and Tine then had it. He, with great difficulty, turned his head away, taking in long gulps of air.

Sarawat stole his breath. Quite literally.

Tine glanced at him from under his lashes, a bit tired, still panting. Sarawat seemed breathless too.

"Wat, honey, I love kissing you, God knows I do. But as ordinary human beings, we need air to survi-"

"This..." Sarawat smiled, eyes scanning Tine's face over and over - his thoroughly mused up fluffy hair, hooded eyes, pupils dark and blown, cheeks and ears tinged red, his bruised and puffy lips - this was his Tine. His one and only.

Tine merely squinted his eyes, breathing a little bit more laboured and controlled. His expression clearly showing that he had no idea what Sarawat was on about.

"This..." Sarawat paused to lick his lips, eyeing Tine's red cotton mouth with hunger. "This is how I wanted to kiss you when I saw you in Uni on the day we met again - till you'd drop."

Tine seemed taken aback, a bit shocked before schooled his expression into something naughty.

"I understand now. Thank you for this extremely detailed demonstration..." Tine let his head drop in Sarawat's shoulder, whispering in his ear. "But I don't think we can fuck if I faint, you know..."

Tine pulled back to see Sarawat's eyes wide, brows narrowed dangerously and face pulled into a sneer. He'd successfully provoked Sarawat.

"Holy shit, Tine. What am I gonna do with that filthy mouth of yours?" He growled, moving his face closer to nose Tine's jaw.

"I have a suggestion..." Tine grabbed a handful of Sarawat's hair before tugging him back to look into Sarawat's eyes.

Sarawat was a bit shocked to see Tine's angelic face turn devilish in just a second, his voice turning lower, dripping with lust and sweet sinful promises for the night.

"How about we start by putting it to use?"

Sarawat had carried Tine to the bed before they tumbled on it, hastily getting rid of their clothes.

This was how their whole night went by - showing their love, want, lust, desire and trust in all the physical ways they could possibly think about, whispering words of love and praise in each other's ear, passionately making love with no care about the world outside their small love lair.

Tine was the first one to fall asleep, having had done enough stretching (of all the places one could imagine) and bending (in all the ways one could imagine) for the day. Sarawat sometimes wondered if Tine being super flexible was a blessing or a curse, because even though it gave them a lot of new 'postures' to try in their bed without anyone getting hurt, sometimes Tine just normally and innocently doing his cheer routines got him painfully hard. He'd promised himself that he would never roam around Tine doing stretches or practicing and maintain a respectable distance, for his own good.

Sarawat carefully cleaned a knocked out and thoroughly exhausted Tine, climbed inside the covers and wrapped himself around his bunny before he too drifted off to sleep.

This time again Sarawat woke up at an ungodly hour. He looked at the clock.

5:30 AM

It's a Sunday, Sarawat sleepily thought before turning to look at the sleeping beauty at his side.

A small smile came on his lips.

His own sleeping beauty. Only for him.

It was turning into a small habit of his - waking up before Tine to stare at his sleeping, moonlit face.

He'd sung praises of Tine's milky skin glimmering under the moon shine, but it was nothing compared to this canvas smeared with different hues of red, blue and purple.

Bites, nail scratches, hand prints decorated every visible inch of Tine's glowing skin.

Tine let out a shakey breath, turning to face Sarawat in his sleep.

Sarawat saw something on Tine's ear lobe and squinted, coming closer to inspect it-l

Angry red teeth marks, the slight indentations of his canines still present on them.

Sarawat felt his heart swell. He felt pride and guilt at the same time - he'd marked up Tine pretty heavily this Tine. He wondered if it really hurt his bunny.

Curiously, he lightly traced his finger on the mark across Tine's ear lobe and was surprised to hear a moan in return.

He kept his hand still, afraid that any movement would break this peace when Tine reached out for his hand, just like he'd done the previous time, and wrapped his dainty fingers around, tightly clutching.

Tine's lips curled up towards the corner and Sarawat felt the pang of guilt in his heart slowly fade away.

He slowly lowered himself into the pillows, slowly moving closer to face Tine and wrapped his arm around Tine's exposed torso.

Wearing a small smile of his own, Sarawat eyed Tine's peaceful face.

"I love you..." He whispered before closing his eyes, letting Tine's soft breathing lull him to sleep.

Afterall...

It was a Sunday.
