Katarina and Raphael: Shining Light
To Katarina, the natural extension of her promise to stay by Raphael’s side was to begin working at the Magical Ministry after graduation. Through Larna’s recommendation, she ended up in the Magical Tool Laboratory alongside Raphael, although at first her work consisted of physical rather than mental labor. Despite working in the same department, their individual tasks often left them busy the entire day, but Raphael always set aside time in the evening to brew tea for the two to share. It was a common occurrence for other employees in the break room to overhear Katarina sigh blissfully before stating, “Your tea always has such a wonderfully gentle flavor to it, dear,” which allegedly motivated her spouse to continue working his hardest every day.
