Izuku was thoroughly enjoying working as a part of the support course. Many of the students were surprised to see a heroics student with such a powerhouse of a quirk working in the support course, but they were glad. Izuku and Mei (affectionately referred to by Aizawa and power loader as the danger duo)s first order of business was to revamp the costumes for the 1, well now 2-A girls. The boys too, but the girl’s costumes took priority. (Izuku’s reaction when he first saw their costumes was: who the hell designed those things?”
(a/n I recommend looking up “bnha *character* costume redesign” I saw a ton of really cool ideas and I’m really sorry for accidentally copying some I just can’t get them out of my head so I’m really sorry I also got some of the ideas from fics I've read I'm so sorry)
First: Yaomomo. Obviously, they need to make her costume less revealing while still allowing space for creations. In the end, her main costume had more of a sports bra look. Still revealing, but better. It also added snack pouches onto her pre-existing belt. They also added sensible shoes and motorcycle gloves. They also told her that she should keep all her hair back during fights, as to not impede her vision.

Izuku didn’t know who decided that Hagakure should be naked, when, with the right tech and some of her DNA, she could have a costume that turned invisible. They also included a visor so she wouldn’t blind herself with that trick where she reversed light. (Izuku kept trying to ask her about it. She kept managing to avoid.)

Jiro’s costume was actually great, although Izkuku added speakers to her arms. He and Mei were still trying to make speakers she could wear with her gloves on her hands.
(a/n Is the reason she was given a costume that isn’t pervy because she doesn’t have as big of boobs? Bnha is great but the creators have some problems with giving teenage girls sexualized costumes)

For Uraraka, first, they slightly loosened it. They gave her shoes with springy bottoms and a grappling hook. Mei was trying to get Power Loader to let them and mini jets on her shoes and wrist things for better maneuvering.

They had a hard time trying to keep the streamline advantage of Tsuyus costume while making it less tight. In the meantime, Izuku repurposed a part of Mina’s costume to collect the toxin Tsuyu could create.

For Mina, they kept the general aesthetic, while loosening it and making her costume more acid-resistant and making it so she could store her acid in (very safe) containers. They also added bottles of neutralizers.

All in all, Mei and Izuku were pretty proud of themselves.
