Reki wants to let Langa know that he's attracted to boys as well but in a subtle way (because sometimes he gets insecure and also he doesn't want to risk ruining their friendship) so he makes a comment about Joe's muscles.
"I get why girls follow him everywhere, I mean just look at him!" He says and waits for Langa to process everything, to come to the conclusion and to ask him directly if he likes men (Reki has rehearsed that conversation a couple of times in his head so he feels like he's prepared).
But the question never comes, instead Langa is dead silent, frowning as he stares at Joe with a determined look on his face.
Reki feels confused again and starts thinking that maybe Miya was wrong about Langa being gay. Perhaps his friend likes girls after all and Reki's comment doesn't make sense to him.
However the next day Langa walks inside Joe's restaurant and when a very intrigued Joe gets out the kitchen Langa bows in front of him like Reki taught him.
"Please take me to the gym with you!"
"Why do I feel like this has something to do with Reki somehow?" He asks. Because of course everyone knows Langa is in love with Reki but Reki himself. When the boy nods, desperate, Joe sighs in surrender. "Alright, kid."
"And also please always wear a shirt when Reki is around."
"What?"

Langa gets too intense in the gym and Joe begins to worry about him because the boy doesn't have regard for his own safety when it comes to get what he wants.
So obviously he calls Cherry.
"I think we have a problem, Kaoru."
"We?" He hisses, but considers it a few seconds and adds: "Alright. What is it?"
"Langa asked me to bring him to the gym and–"
"And now he's almost killing himself because he wants to build muscle mass fast in order to impress our dear Reki?"
"... yeah. Wait. How do you know?"
"I had an interesting chat with Miya earlier."
"What does Miya have to do with this?"
"It doesn't matter. Now, get that boy out of the gym before he actually kills himself and bring him to your restaurant. I'll see you there."
When Cherry ends the phone call, he pinches the bridge of his nose.
"Stupid boys in love," he sighs, feeling like a headache is coming.
