Chapter Text
Sunghoon wakes up when the sunlight landed on his face. Sunghoon rubbed his eyes and sits up from the bed. He looked at his side and saw no one. He sighs.
"He went out maybe" he talked to himself. He thought. He slept with his friend whom he love the most in this world but still they are fighting to figure what is their real relationship is. He don't want to be a fuck buddy.
He looked at his white shirt and jeans which was laying on the floor. He stood up and put them on. He felt a little pain at down but he was able to walk since Jay was slow with him yesterday.He came out the room and went to the living room just to see a note on the sofa.
It was from Jay. He smiled and started reading it.
'Hey sleepyhead! Morning. Today is not Sunday but I feel like it is Sunday. So I am at Han river. If you want to show up come on. Between just take a walk, it's not long from OUR apartment! I'll be waiting for you..... Sunghoonie'
Sunghoon just smiled like crazy after reading that note.
"That fucker really want me to go there by walking? I don't know what he is up to" he whines then he remembers something. "But Jungwon told they had some pragramme at Han river for their faculty" He talked to himself with confusion.
He just sighs and went out of the apartment to walk to Han river. He tried to call Jungwon and Sunoo because they said about the programme. But he didn't got any answer from them.
"You think Sunghoon hyung will come hyung?" Sunoo asked Jay who was holding a guitar and sitting on a chair in the middle of the walk way of Han river.
"He will definitely come" Jay said assuring it.
"If he don't come it will be a waste of all these preparations" Ni-ki added.
"Yah Ni-ki don't think like that"Jake said.
It was Wednesday morning and in Han river, there was not much people in morning.
"Let's get ready by grabbing the confetti canons" Heeseung said while others went to grab the confetti canons on the side.
"Yeah he might be here at any time" Jay said while tuning his guitar and checking the stand mic infront of him.
"Well Jay good luck okay?" Heeseung said before going.
Jay smiled and nodded at his hyung.
This was the surprise. Jay was going to ask out Sunghoon so he planned it out with Heeseung and others. The place was full with rainbow decorations. The confetti canons was rainbow and there was a Big rainbow garland.
Jay wore a black shirt and he knew Sunghoon will wear the white shirt that he wore yesterday.
Jay sat on the chair and started singing while he saw Sunghoon coming by running to him. He was singing 'Sunday morning'.
Sunghoon came to the Han river and saw a path drawn for him to go to somewhere. He saw a large rainbow garland and he was walking towards that but he stopped in his track when he saw Jay singing in the middle way.
He started running towards Jay while he was singing. He didn't knew but he was crying while running.
Sunghoon always loved to see and hear Jay singing but he Jay won't let him see. He was too shy to sing and was insecure. But now Jay is not.
After meeting Sunghoon once again after 2 months he had changed to a complete different person. He doesn't know if Sunghoon changed him but he know that he changed because of Sunghoon.
Jay started singing and Sunghoon was standing infront of him crying. He was crying because he was happy.
"Sunday morning rain is falling..........That someday it would lead back to you" Jay sang while looking at Sunghoon and smiled.
Sunghoon was standing there while crying out of happiness and laughing whenever Jay look at him.
"That may be all I need in darkness he is all I see" Sunghoon giggled when Jay changed the lyrics from She to he.
The songs was over and Jay looked at Sunghoon who was proudly clapping his hands. Also some of the people who was in the Han river also watched his performance and clapped then went back to their business.
Jay stood up from the chair and went closer to Sunghoon and pulled his waist.
"You liked it?"
"Yah! What are you saying huh? You are a good singer. You should sing more Jay" Sunghoon smiled.
"And you are a great singer too that I could hear your moans everyday. Also does it hurt at the down?" Jay asked teasingly.
Sunghoon hits Jay's chest playfully." Stop it Jay!"
"Ah okay okay!" Jay smiled and rubs Sunghoon's cheeks which had dry tears.
"Why did you cry while listening to the song?" Jay asked.
" I was just so happy to see and hear you singing with these decorations here. Also it was our song right? The song we always listened to back then" Sunghoon smiled widely.
Jay nods and smiles.
"And Sunghoon I did this all for you."
"Really? I thought you were just singing for busking"
"Yah I am serious"
Sunghoon smiles and wraps his hands over Jay's neck.
"Sunghoon-ah, I have never told you thank you for the things you did for me. You have always be the one. I will never see anyone perfect for me other than you in this world. You deserves love and I will make sure I will give you the love you wanted. I am sorry for the stupid things but I will make sure I will never hurt you anymore."
After hearing these all a year drop from both of their eyes.
"I love you my Park Sunghoon, my best friend,my Ice Prince,my soulmate. Will you be my boyfriend?"
Sunghoon smiles. "Why am I crying?"
"Aren't you going to say it back huh?" Jay asked while wipping off the tears from Sunghoon's cheeks.
"Give me a kiss firs-"
Jay landed his lips on Sunghoon's lips and the kiss was passionate one. Sunghoon pulled away the kiss.
"I love you too Park Jongseong. And yes" their both eyes sparkled with love.
Their other 5 friends popped the confetti around them.
Sunghoon looked away from Jay to his friends.
"What the fuck y'all doing here?" Sunghoon asked the others. And Jay was laughing quitely.
"Yeah! Finally two dummies understood their feelings and asked out!" Ni-ki shouted.
"Omg it was so frustrating" Sunoo added.
"What the-"
"It was actually Jay hyung plan Sunghoon hyung" Jungwon stopped Sunghoon from speaking.
"We all planned this way so that Jay could ask you out" Jake said.
"So this was your programme? Y'all didn't tell me" Sunghoon whined.
"Then it wouldn't be a surprise right?" Jay smiled at Sunghoon and he nodded.
"Any way let us leave these love birds alone and let's celebrate this later" Heeseung said.
"Yeah bye guys" Jake said but Sunghoon stopped everyone from going and pulled everyone into a group hug.
"Ah I feel like crying!" Sunoo pouted when they pulled away the hug.
"Sunoo hyung I will let you cry in my house" Ni-ki giggles.
"What?" The 5 others except Sunoo and Ni-ki gasped and said it in a unison.
"Bye!" Ni-ki grabbed Sunoo's hands and ran away.
"These kids" Jake and Jungwon also followed them.
"Jay and Sunghoon bye then. Have a great day" Heeseung finally hugged his buddies and went to catch up the others.
Jay sighs and looked at Sunghoon.
"Let's go home?"
Sunghoon nodded.
Jay and Sunghoon sat on the sofa. Jay made Sunghoon sit on his lap.
"Hmm what?" Sunghoon asked Jay while frowning.
"I already miss you" Jay pouts.
"But wait a minute"
"What?"
"You said it was not your first time yesterday..?"
"I said it for teasing you Sunghoon"
"Really?"
Jay nodded. "And I think I didn't hurt you yesterday"
"Yeah it didn't hurt much because you was slow with me"
"Well should I go rough and make you not walk for a whole month?"Jay smirked.
"Uh no-"
Before Sunghoon could resist, Jay kissed Sunghoon.
Eventhough this story ended here, their story just begun now.
