Bad Romance

Chapter 3

Summary:

Everything that is obvious becomes obvious. Even for Kiara.

Notes:

I didn't want to drag out the fact that I wouldn't end up finishing a few more chapters. My mind ended at this very point, and as I said, the story would cut off at the sharpest point.

Thank you to those who were to the end, though it would have been easy, but thank you all the same. I'm very pleased that there are people out there who my work didn't leave me disappointed.

This part is mostly based on humor, and if you smiled, I am very glad. My dear reader, smile more often, for a smile goes on your face.

(See the end of the chapter for more notes.)

Chapter Text

Several days had passed since that confession, after which Gura could not fall asleep normally, without thinking about Amelia, with whom it was the same. Although Gura let out all her words, she was still afraid of the future. Suddenly she will meet him without a blonde, and even if Amelia is with her in the future, then not for long. By the way, Kiara and Calli still don't know about it, but Ina caught them on that hill when she passed by. Of course, Ina agreed to keep it a secret until the girls decide for themselves when they should show up in public.

At this time, when Gura decided to go to college, she fell ill. And she became seriously ill, because she could hardly get out of bed. And of course, she called Amelia first, because she knew that the girl would be very worried if she was not warned about this. As soon as she hung up, there was a knock on the door, and after a while a blonde entered the room. She looked like she'd run a marathon, maybe Gura didn't need to exaggerate so much on the phone. The blonde went to the bed on which the girl lay, Gura smiled at her, but she did not answer the same, but only frowned, squatting down.

"You walk all the time in a light sweatshirt when it's already a December day outside." She said and raised her hand, placing it on the forehead of the white-haired girl. Her hand seemed to be scalded with hot water, but she still did not move away from the girl. "You're hotter than the magma in a volcano, Gura. I'm going to go get some medicine, and you wait for me here, okay?"

Amelia straightened her back and turned to leave the room, but a hot hand grabbed the end of her shirt to stop her. She turned to Gura, who also sat up in bed to reach her, so she approached Gura again, pushing her by the shoulders to lay down again.

"P-please don't go... I feel better if you... next to me." Gura said, suppressing the pain in her throat, it did not work out with her voice, because he was still hoarse.

Amelia shook her head, and then rolled her eyes, because I couldn’t look at Gura’s puppy eyes for a long time, with which she looked at her, asking her to stay. Amelia took her phone out of her pants pocket and dialed a number. A few seconds later, Ina's voice was heard in the receiver. The girl explained the situation and asked her to bring the necessary medicines, to which Ina agreed without any excuses.

Ten minutes later, she had the medicine. Amelia was sitting on a chair near Gura, soaking a rag in cold water. She put it on the girl's forehead, not forgetting to kiss it so that the process went faster. She leaned back in her chair, wiping a drop of sweat from her forehead as she began to get a little tired. Gura snored softly in her sleep, burying her nose in the blanket. The sight caught Amelia's breath and made her heart flutter. Apparently she was not mistaken when she fell in love with this girl. After a few minutes, she herself decided to take a short nap, listening to the silence around her, until she closed her eyes completely, falling asleep.

Amelia felt someone pat her on the head and opened her eyes, lingering a little on the wall to stop her vision from being blurry. She raised her head, noticing that she had somehow managed to lean on the bed. So that's why her sleep was soft. When she straightened her back, she noticed that Gura was no longer sleeping and was looking at her with a smile on her face. Amelia also noticed that the girl's cheeks took on a red tint again, only easier, which means she is getting better.

"Hey." She said, rubbing her eyes to focus on the girl who was now sitting up in bed and looking at her mischievously. When Amelia finally got a good look at the girl in front of her, she arched an eyebrow. "What?"

"Nothing. You just look cute when you sleep." Gura answered and grinned, noticing a slight blush on the blonde's cheeks. She pulled the covers off her and got to her feet, much better than she had been a few hours ago. Amelia's gaze followed the girl's actions, and as Gura walked around the bed to sit on her lap, she swallowed involuntarily. "You always look cute, did you know that?"

"Gura...y-you don't seem to have a fever yet." Amelia said, without realizing it, she was starting to get nervous. Okay, at some point she could control herself and even well, but now... now it seems impossible. "M-maybe one more time to apply a cold rag?"

"No, I'm fine!" Gura said, running her finger over the girl's face and stopping at her lips. Amelia noticed how something not good flashed in the head of the white-haired girl. She chuckled. "The professor gave me permission to skip classes today..."

She started. Amelia was silent at this time, watching the girl and her further actions. Why was she suddenly so nervous about the next thing that might happen to her. After all, she was always bold, as in their relationship, as in other moments. Then why is Amelia's heart pounding against her lungs so incessantly, begging to come out.

"Maybe we'll do something... interesting?" She continued what she had begun, causing Amelia to waste her breath because of the tone of voice she spoke in. Even the singers with whom she had been on the same stage did not sing the way Gura was now speaking. It's... Damn, it turned her on. "Any suggestion?"

"You're wearing too many clothes that you don't need." Amelia said, and oh yes, confidence came to her like a good idea. She grabbed the girl under her hips and tilted them so that they leaned a little in the chair. She almost whispered it against her lips. "Why don't you get rid of them? Here's my suggestion."

"Hm..." Gura grinned, pushing Amelia away from her, putting her finger on her lips and a light flashed in her eyes. "What if I refuse?"

"I'll make you do it." Amelia said and immediately got up from her chair, lifting Gura with her, who was not the least bit surprised by the sudden rise.

"Even when you take the lead, you're so sweet." She answered and that was the last straw on Amelia's nerves.

Today, not she, not Gura, did not show up at the lectures.

Every day, Kiara noticed something incomprehensible in her friend Gura. The constant smile, as well as behavior that had never happened to her before, was very strange, because for the last few days she had not heard the news of her love for Amelia. First she decided to go to Calli, maybe she could know what was wrong. What surprised Kiara more was that the singer said that Amelia herself acted the same way as Gura. This got her thinking. What if Gura did confess, but she was rejected. Although it was unlikely, because she would not have behaved like that. Maybe Amelia said something to her and because of that they are both acting weird now. Realizing that she would not receive the desired answer from the pink-haired singer, she decided to visit Ina.

As always, the lilac-haired girl sat in the college laboratory all the time and experimented with different substances. Kiara sometimes thinks that Ina is the only one who thinks very well in these chemical and physical topics. Still, the girl had a smart head. Kiara even envied her sometimes. She's so lucky with her brains. When she entered the laboratory, the light was so bright that she had to close her eyes to keep from going blind.

"Hey Ina! She said to the girl who was standing at the other end of the room near the rack with flasks in her hands. Ina, hearing her name, turned to Kiara, looking at her through the special glasses she needed for her work. She waved her hand, where there was a flask with a red liquid, thereby almost spilling it. "You always know everything that happens in college. Can you answer my question?"

"With great pleasure, Kiara!" Ina said and put the flasks on a special stand, securing them. She approached the girl taking off her gloves as well as her glasses and began to look at her with curiosity. "This is the first time I hear from you that you need my help. Or maybe you made it up just to see me? How cute!

"Come on now without your jokes, Ina'nis." Kiara said and the girl's face immediately changed to a serious and expectant reason why she came here. Kiara sighed. "Gura and Amelia are acting strange. Do you know what happened to them?"

"Oh... They didn't tell you?" Ina said and perhaps regretted that she answered that way. Still, if Kiara puts pressure on her, she will tell everything, but she does not want to. She wants those birds in love to tell everyone about it. So that the orange-haired woman would not drive at her, she decided to quickly slow down the situation. "I mean, why don't you ask both of them about it? I think they know better what's wrong with them."

"You know... You're right!" Kiara said and reached for her phone. Ina breathed a sigh of relief, putting on her glasses again and moving away from the girl to their duties. "Today they will definitely tell me everything!"

"Don't exaggerate, girl." Ina called to her from the other side of the room. Kiara snorted at her and when she left the office, she heard an explosion there. She smirked to herself and went to the meeting she had set up for the three of them.

At this time, Ina was trying to drag an octopus into the jar, which got out because of the explosion. She is still far from professional training, but now the skins of the laboratory are purple.

They sat at the table, looking at each other. No one except Kiara understood why they were called here, but one thing was clear, this was something serious. Kiara sat leaning on the back of the chair and crossed her arms over her chest. She looked expectantly at both girls, who did not even understand that they had forgotten here. Kiara is fed up with this. They are silent for too long, so she decided to take matters into her own hands.

"Confess! What's wrong with you?" She said and the attention of the girls immediately rushed to her. Their views were the same and they repeated the same thing, they say: what do you mean. Kiara slammed her fist on the table in annoyance, not understanding why she was seized with such aggression. "You act like something happened between you! Therefore, I ask that you quickly tell what really happened these few days or I will force you."

"Okay, it's time to tell you the truth." Gura said and leaned towards Kiara to create an atmosphere that she really wants to tell her the truth that will change her life. Although there was actually a little bit of truth in it. "We didn't want to tell anyone, but-"

"Or rather, you didn't want to tell Gura to anyone. Express yourself right!" Amelia intervened, to which she received a frown from the girl. She immediately decided to shut up, suddenly her charming face would also crack. "Okay. I will not bother you. Continue."

Gura cleared her throat. And in the trailer, why pull like that? Still, a week went by after this event, why not tell your best friend about it.

"Kiara, Ame and I have been dating for a few days now." She said, and when there was a short pause, she spoke. "Just don't kill me for not telling you before."

"Gura." Kiara hissed, and a shadow appeared on her face. Gura swallowed in fear for her life, so she slowly began to get up from her chair. If she must run, that is, she will put all her strength into it. "I'm giving you five seconds to run."

"Maybe we can talk like best friend with best friend?" Gura said, but she knew, it was too late to negotiate. Once she already hid one secret from Kiara like that, then she had to run the whole school several times to hide. Now was the very moment when Gura already had to run. She wasted two seconds. "Haha, I guess not."

"Gura know I will love you even if you don't survive." Amelia said as she stood up from her chair with her hands in her pockets. She turned on tiptoe towards the exit and whistled under her breath and left.

"Gura, you have one second left." Kiara notified her and after a while she looked at the trail of the fleeing girl. But she didn't run away. Did you really think she would do it? She just decided to make fun of her friend, let her run, it would even be to her advantage. Learn to run well. "Oh, I promised to meet Calli! Love of my life, I'm coming!"

We all know how their meeting really went. And Gura is still running around the call, thinking that an angry friend is running after her. While all this is going on, Amelia enters the assembly hall to practice the game, because she has not played for a long time because of you-know-who. Ina is still trying to keep up with the small octopus, who decided that he could move around on a board with wheels... Don't ask.

the end.

Notes:

Thank you for being with me to the end.

The author wishes you a good day, and if the sun has gone below the horizon, replaced by the moon, good night!

Notes:

Thank you for reading the first chapter. At first there was no hesitation to write it in almost 9k words, because my time spent had to be turned to reading old books piled on a dusty shelf.

Don't forget that your opinion is very important to me and what you want to help me with. So feel free to speak up for me, I will listen and process this information in my empty head.

The second chapter will be out in a week if the author decides to keep herself busy again, but it's also, at this point, as you read this sentence, in process. In a small but still good process that even I am in shock, not to mention my mind.

And also perhaps in the progress of writing the second chapter on this account will appear small sketches that do not have a common sense and plot. As a trailer, this story also bears this character, as do all of the big-word stories that will soon appear when "Bad Romance" comes to an end.

I'm very flattered that you made it to the end of the first chapter and I hope you enjoyed it.
