Summary
Enid’s scent from the hoodie, that sweet scent, enveloped Wednesday like a hot blanket fresh from the dryer. It was earthy warm, comforting to the touch, and oddly tranquil. There was a dash of spice before it melted into the sweetness like two winter streams integrating into one spring river.
Strawberries, vanilla, and puppy smell intermingling, creating a vortex of an aroma that made her feel…safe.
It finally hit Wednesday, sure, it was obvious at first, but the realization couldn’t be denied for the third time. Enid’s pheromones are affecting her somehow, and either she is denying it or she isn’t aware. So if Enid wasn’t going to talk about it, Wednesday had to do what she did best: sleuthing.

"No, you just—you touched it." She says gently, eyes darting away in embarrassment.
Adora drops her hand as if she's been burned. She doesn't need her to elaborate further to know what she's stumbled on. The name of whatever lucky girl will get to call Cat hers forever. She bites her lip to keep from asking if she'd ever thought about the name Catra.
Every time Cat tried a new name it felt like it was getting closer and closer—Cassidy, Caitlin, Katherine—and her heart dropped every time Cat tried on another name that wasn't the one embossed on her shoulder.
