Summary
Rey the scavenger discovers a damaged holopad. Rather than trading it in for ration packs, she starts recording her thoughts (though nothing exciting ever happens at Niima Outpost). Unbeknownst to her, the holopad has a working transmitter and beams her words out to the galaxy, finding an unexpected audience. The stranger demands she stop flooding his frequency with rubbish and an offended Rey continues to bombard him with her daily life as punishment. Despite herself, an unorthodox relationship grows.

Summary
Ben, she whispered to the cavern in the back of her mind, the place where he used to live, as her eyes grew heavier and heavier. It was dark now, unused space that she couldn’t really fathom but could feel. As though the door that had bridged their minds together now opened into the vacuum of space, endless and black and cold, but she couldn’t bear to close it. To do so would offer a finality she wasn’t ready to face.
Sleep pulled her in further, her eyes slipping closed. And, as consciousness became water, slipping through her fingers and dripping into a dreamless slumber, she thought she heard a whisper from that vacuum in her mind. So soft and comforting, she couldn’t be certain she hadn’t imagined it.

She continues on with her life with the Resistance, now located on the jungle moon of Ajan Kloss. However, one day the bond returns, bringing her and Kylo Ren together time and time again, and changing both their lives in the process.

Ren looks up and sees the scavenger’s beautiful face, gazing down at him anxiously from a balcony above. Rey.
A fic in which Ben/Kylo does not kill Han, but instead returns with him to the Resistance and his mother. He's really only there for Rey, and he'll take whatever he wants from her. The eventual happy ending we deserved in TROS! Non-canon compliant! First story :) *Please read the tags!
