Summary
After a devastating attack on their ship, Wei Ying is forced to sacrifice both his body and his mind to save Jiang Cheng. It's a sacrifice that Jiang Cheng is unprepared to fully accept. In the midst of their personal turmoil, inter-galactic war breaks out and both young men are needed in the fight. To make matters worse, between Lan Wangji's hovering and a truly horrific couch, Jiang Cheng can't seem to catch a moment to even attempt to process all that has been lost.
