Summary
The hours of each day run like clockwork for Juyeon, the sun breaching the ocean of clouds just over the horizon, the quiet but melodic calls of sky-whales under the whistle of the wind. Peaceful, beautiful, and it sings to the blood in Juyeon’s veins, calls to the parts of him that wish to fly.
But, for the first time in two years, breakfast in one hand and tools in the other, he finds someone else waiting for him at the launchpad.
A stranger, leaning against the hull of his unfinished ship.
