“I’m sorry,” Leon said with a wince, knowing it wasn’t enough.

Leon returns home after the events of RE:Requiem, and Luis is justifiably angry that he hadn't heard anything of Leon's wellbeing in the time he was gone. Now Leon has to make it up to Luis.
