CaitVi Band au
“No.” Caitlyn snapped, turning her back to her best friend. “I am not joining that band.”
Jayce groaned, running round to meet her gaze again. “Please Cait – I promised Mel I’d convince you.”
“I do not care if you promised Heimerdinger or his weird little dog, I am NOT putting myself in her band.” Cait snarled, wondering if she could feasibly get away with throwing Jayce out the high window of her bedroom. He’d probably land in the bushes below and be fine after a brief healing period – shame. “I have spent the past five years trying to avoid being in the same room as her, and now you want me to join her band? What is wrong with you?”
“You wanted to join a band – I found you a band – I found you a really good, very successful band.”...
Or: Caitlyn is a former pop princess looking to join a band, Vi has a band that needs a singer. The only issue: they hate each other so much that their former studio had to ban them from interacting in public. They agree to act civil for the sake of the band, and find out that not only do they perform and write really well together, but they also aren't as incompatible as they always thought.

Summary
Soulmate. Two Spirits in one soul. Inextricably bound together for eternity in perfect harmony—until mankind intervened.
When teenagers Vi and Caitlyn are caught up in an Arcane explosion, a magical tether is formed between them that won’t let them be further than 15 feet apart from one another, physically and dangerously wrenching them back together if they try to separate. With the study of magic banned in Piltover, the brightest scientific minds will have a hard time figuring out how to break their tether. As the magical bond between them evolves, so do their feelings for one another. Soon, Vi and Caitlyn begin to question whether they truly want the tether to be broken and wonder just how far they are willing to go to ensure that it isn’t.

Summary
"This is unacceptable," Caitlyn's voice cut through the air.
"Yeah?" Vi leaned back in her chair, a smirk stretching across her face - one she knew was absolutely insufferable. "I’m a big fan of doing the unacceptable every now and then. Keeps life spicy, y'know?"
The piercing blue eyes staring at her narrowed, and Vi felt her grin widen. Oh, this is gonna be fun. Uptight. Spoiled. And, to Vi’s absolute dismay, absurdly hot. The challenge was written all over Caitlyn Kiramman’s face.
"Is that how you ended up in prison?"
Vi blinked. She hadn't expected that.
But she recovered quickly, casually plucking a cupcake from the plate in front of her. "Nah, that was just my sunny personality that got me there," she said and took a slow bite.

Remember that one guy whose mugshot went viral, and he ended up becoming a model after getting out of prison? Now imagine that, but it’s Vi. And Caitlyn is the bestselling author of a wildly popular fantasy novel that’s getting a TV adaptation. Turns out, Vi looks exactly like the protagonist she created.
Cue two useless lesbians, Vi being a menace, Caitlyn being very into that, and plenty of shenanigans.

Summary
“I’m organizing a supervision session for all the teachers. I want to observe their teaching methods and see how the classroom dynamics unfold,” Caitlyn explained. “So, which day would you prefer?”
“I would prefer that you not supervise me and no day suits me...so shall we forget about this?”
“I thought you’d enjoy the opportunity to demonstrate your approach,” Caitlyn said, raising an eyebrow.
Vi squinted at her for a few seconds, then a crooked smile appeared on her face. “I love the way you say that, as if you’re giving me a chance and not imposing your presence,” she said, clicking her tongue at the end.
“I’m the principal; it’s part of the job,” Caitlyn replied with a barely audible heaviness in her voice, reaching for her planner. “Are you going to tell me a day, or will I have to choose?”Or
Caitlyn Kiramman never planned on running Piltover High School, but when her mother, the principal, decides to retire, she is thrust into a position she wasn't sure she wanted. Her strict, methodical style immediately clashes with the controlled chaos of Vi, the P.E. coach, an impulsive woman who believes rules are there to be broken when necessary.
