Much to his luck - or lack of it -, the only person who can see and talk to him in this state is no one other than Kacchan.

It's incredibly cool, Izuku Attacked by criminals during his internship which resulted in him being exposed to the Mute Mind Quirk and can read his classmates' minds. Oh, and he's dating our beloved Blasty, sksk, it's so cute. A must-read.
