Summary
Aizawa's two jobs are never the least dangerous ones nor the least stressful ones. He is used to getting close to no sleep, getting injured, or just being stressed out in general. He would just shrug it off and continue on, trying not to show any weakness. Feeling bad makes one weak, and that's not something he's good at showing.
Aizawa's students, however, are determined to prove to him that they will wait for him as long as it takes until he feels better. -

Summary
It was easy to tell when Ojiro was feeling down about something. He seemed more jumpy, the long extra limb behind him would twitch and thump against his shoulder if people got too close to him.
That's why it wasn't too surprising when Aizawa approached the boy at the end of the day, a hand gently landing on his free shoulder and asking him to hang back before going to the dorms.
