It would be different if I’d tried to like, buy a ticket, and they wouldn’t let me, but I can just fly over the ticket counters anyways.'
That earned her a chuckle. 'It is useful, and of course I’d rather us be alone, but I’d also rather you not be a useful object.’"
Or, the first time they were alone, Thjazi tied Bolaire up and left Thimble to make sure he didn’t interfere with their heist. She stared down and wondered why this odd mask was any different from the vicious body he wore. This story is three short scenes of how they became friends.
