Summary
Prompt:
Zemo lets himself be captured by a Hydra militia group on purpose to gather info and track them back to their base. While he's their prisoner he's awoken in the middle of the night by the sound of screams and gunfire. It turns out Bucky tracked him down and came to rescue him, leaving a trail of blood and destruction in his wake as he semi-reverts to the soldier's mental state in his distress over someone harming his "handler." Zemo watches all of this with barely contained delight and arousal, though a little miffed about his plans being somewhat ruined. Once safe, Zemo rewards his loyal soldier and makes sure to let him know what a good job he did.

“I’m functioning to acceptable parameters,” the Winter Soldier says.
“Great,” Sam says. “Awesome.”
The Winter Soldier keeps staring at him. The VA did not prepare him for this shit.
