Half Done Reading ☆彡
I tend to start fics, and get like half way to 3/4 of the way through, then kinda feel like reading something else for a while... but at the same time, I don't want to just quit what I've read so far,,, and most of the time the fics are finished, so if I put them into my "still reading" collection, I'll lose them (because I sort them based on updated last, so I don't miss updated chapters??)

It was supposed to be a quick and dirty bank job. Rob the place and get out. What Jesse McCree didn't expect was to be framed for a murder he didn't commit and find an assassin waiting for him. Together, Jesse teams up with his would-be assassin to find out what was really going on. Why would someone go to those lengths to set him up? Why hire Hanzo Shimada to be his assassin?

Summary
Alternate timeline. Blackwatch failed to take down the Deadlock Rebels. Sojiro Shimada remains alive. The Shimada Clan, Deadlock Rebels, and Los Muertos aim to make the most powerful criminal alliance the world has ever seen in order to take out the upstart Talon organization. Hanzo, Jesse and Sombra find themselves in a precarious position when Overwatch attempts to gain unlikely support to combat Talon. And Overwatch takes in more than they bargain for in the process.

Summary
Four months. It had only been four months since Hanzo had been on the run with his brother Genji. It hadn’t been easy getting this far from Hanamura, but to free himself from a lifestyle that Genji never wanted was enough motivation wise.
He watched the rowdy teen from the sleeping bag he was on, combing his hair roughly with his fingers.
“Ugh, I didn’t think my roots would grow back this fast,” Genji complained, peering into a small mirror at his green hair. He paced around the empty shed, rusty tools and lawn equipment piled in a corner.
This was life now, hiding in abandoned buildings, stealing what they needed and taking what work they could while maintaining a low profile. Always on the move, he knew it stressed Genji out but it kept them safe. It wasn’t an honorable way to live, but it was working method /to live/. They stowed away on boats, trains, and planes, just anything they could to put distance between themselves and their past.

Summary

High school sucks for Hanzo Shimada. Things get a whole lot worse when he accidentally summons Jesse McCree as his familiar.
It's a Witch School AU with animal companion familiars. Basically, Overwatch, Harry Potter, and Familiar of Zero throw a party on Halloween. There's ghosts and teenage romance.

Chapter 8: The Winter Ball - Hanzo discovers his familiar is full of surprises, and that he doesn't mind dancing if the person he is dancing with is Jesse.
