One longer fic and a second that is a missing scene from the first.
1) Vernon went too far with 4 year old Harry. Poor kid got knocked unconscious. Vernon loaded a still unconscious Harry in the car, drove for a while and dumped his nephew in an abandoned field. Sometime later, a good Samaritan driving by saw something in the field, and found Harry when he investigated. The man took Harry to a hospital. Since Harry had nothing to identify himself, the doctor ran a DNA test hoping he'd find a match somewhere to help find a family member. Much to their surpruse, they had one hit, a paternal match to an Anthony DiNozzo Junior in the States. A phone call gave Tony the bare bones of the situation. Tony had a son who was in hospital. When they said he'd been found due to a DNA match, Tony agreed to go to London asap. Tony packed, spoke to Gibbs, who was very understanding and supportive, remembering his late daughter Kelly. Gibbs signed off on LOA paperwork and explained the situation to Leon Vance, who was also understanding, being a father himself. Gibbs had Tony over for cowboy steaks that evening and said he'd take Tony to the Airport. Gibbs also offered for Tony and Harry to stay in his house to start because Tony's place only his the one bedroom.Tony's uncle, Lord Clive Paddington, met him in London with his family's solicitor. When they saw Harry, they recognized the famous scar! Tony got read in on Magic, and the Wizarding World. They also told him what they knew of Harry's past, and his fame. Clive took Tony to Gringotts the next morning for an inheritance test. The Goblin test showed tiny was indeed the Father of Harrison Tonio Potter. James was listed as Stepfather. Dumbledore was listed as magical guardian (illegal.) Tony himself was magical! His magic had 90% block placed on it, by his mother, probably to protect him from Senior. The solicitor got the Dursleys to sign over their guardianship.
When Harry woke up, he was able to tell what had happened to him.
Dursleys arrested!! Both sentenced to long terms. Dudley sent to foster care.
Harry's inheritance test showed blocks, compulsions, and a horcrux. The goblins also fixed some of Harry's bones, and removed as much scar tissue as they could from Tony's lungs. The Goblins were also able to produce a passport for Harry. Turns out Dumbles had his sticky fingers in Harry's vault. He funneled money into the Bird Fund, and to the Weasleys. They came up with an excuse to get the whole family to come in and get tested. They had all been potioned, except Molly and the youngest 2. Bill and Charlie weren't Molly's. Molly and Arthur weren't married. The real wife was Cassiopeia Black. Arthur and the kids were very upset. Also, somehow, Molly was having 1/2 of Arthur's pay diverted to her private account. They got purged!
Back in DC, Gibbs, Tony and Harry were slowly becoming a family.
Gibbs had been read in on magic earlier in his career. Ducky was a wizard.
Clive and Ducky warded Gibbs house and Tony's apartment, after they found that Ziva broke into Tony's place because she was upset that Tony hadn't told her where he was going before he left. It was the last straw for Tony. He'd compiled a list of all the incidents involving Ziva. The break in, insubordination, ignoring chain of command, writing reports in Hebrew. Vance got IA involved. Turns out Ziva had never gone through FLECT. she was eventually sentenced to Gitmo.
Harry finally met Tony's whole team. Ziva replaced by Ellie Bishop.
Harry went to a primary school with a mixed magical/muggle curriculum. He made friends his own age.
Tony and Harry both got tutoring. Tony in magic. Harry in magic and mundane subjects.
Tony and Gibbs started dating. Gibbs took Tony and Harry to Stillwater to introduce them to his father.
Harry and most of his friends decided to attend a magic school in DC.
When Dumbles found out harry was missing!?! He found out about the Dursleys being in jail. He reacted down Tony. Albus, Minerva and Severus went by illegal portkey to retrieve Harry. Uncle Clive and Tony installed a Fool's Downfall at the front door of Gibbs house. When the trio from England arrived and went through, Min and Sev had all spells, compulsions, illusions removed and obliviates became noticeable. Minnie looked younger, Sev's hair stopped being lank and greasy and became glossy and curly, and his nose got smaller! Everything removed was recorded in a book inside. Gibbs and Tony obviously were not on board with letting them take their son. Albus attacked.They fought back. Then local aurors arrived and took the trio in. Dumbles was banned from the USA for life, lost his position at ICW, and lost trust from Hogwarts staff.2) One shot of Tony and Gibbs teaching Harry to shower and helping Harry get over his fear of running water.
Really good storyline! Recommended!!

Tony DiNozzo/Harry Potter-DiNozzo, loving dedicated husbands! Both hating to be sick or injured, both hating the time it takes to recover properly. In some ways, their own worst enemies! I'm ever so happy that they're is able to keep each other in line!!!
This is a two shot. Wish there was more!! Tony/Harry as a cop!

Arabella Figg gets worried about Harry. Albus is unconcerned. Mrs Figg contacts Minerva McGonigall, who decides to investigate. Minnie is horrified by Petunias "care" of Harry. Min gets Petunia to sign over custody. Min knows ahe needs to get Harry somewhere safe before Albus finds what she's done. Min has an old friend in Paris, a War Mage, Agnes, who is connected with the ICW. Min gets to Paris through Gringotts. It seems that Min and her mother were both honorary members of Griphook's clan. Through information Petunia reluctantly shared Min finds out about a cousin who was very close to Lily, an American...Tony Dinozzo. Switch scene to Tony's apartment. He answers his door to find Kelly Gibbs, Jethro daughter standing there. She has a man with her. They're both ICW Aurors, there to find out if Tony will take custody of Harry. They tell him that Lily and James were killed six months ago and that Harry survived it but was given to Petunia. Tony says he'll do it! So next they have to tell him about magic. (Yes, L.J.Gibbs knows about magic. He just doesn't know that Kelly's an Auror.) Kelly portkeyed to Paris...Tony loved it! They're at Agnes' home. Tony learns about house elves, and meets Min and Harry. Everybody gets along OK. Tony and Harry really like each other. Finally they find copies of the Potters wills. (the Potter solicitor kept an extra copy that no one knew about.) The will names DiNozzo as a potential guardian for Harry. They're planning to go through the ICW World court to get legal custody of Harry before Albus or the British Ministry find out they're even trying to get custody. Tony is thinking about adoption. It's starting to look like Harry could become a DiNozzo!Story ends there. 😱😫😭😭😭

Thus is almost a comedy if errors, except it's not funny, it's proof how sad things are in Magical Britton. Nobody in Britton offers an excuse or apology for Harry's name coming out of the Goblet of Fire despite the fact that he'd been living in Los Angeles for about 3 years. Plus nobody can produce the rules of the TriWiz Tournament, or what exactly the binding contract consists of, yet they all agree that Harry has to participate! They have nothing tangible to back that statement up.
G Callen, Sam Hanna, Hetty Lange, Nell Jones, Sam's wife and kids, and Eric Beale, plus Sirius Black and a woman named Alexandra, all show up for all three tasks. This mostly follows cannon.
1st task) Nell got satellite photos of the Forbidden Forrest. They clearly showed what kind of dragons and that all four dragon types and that all of them are nesting mothers. Harry talks to his dragon. He convinces her to let him take the fake egg.
2nd task) Fleur's hostage is Gabrielle, Krum's hostage is his father or some ià close male relative, Cedric's was Su Chang And as for Harry...they took Hermione Granger!! Harry was frantic! Eric Beale and Nell helped set up a video screen, and each champion would have a camera drone following them. Fleur never got passed the grindylows. When she didn't arrive at the Mer village, Harry rescued Gabrielle as well.
3rd task) Their plans included expecting Voldemort to try and get Harry, either from in the maze or right afterwards. There was a similar video screen/camera set up as at the last task. Before Harry took hold of the TriWiz trophy cup, he grabbed the drone following him, and it was taken to the cemetery with him. The crowd all had a drone's eye view of everything that happened in Little Hangleton. Sam Hanna, Kensi Blye, and a squadron of warrior Goblins engaged the enemy when a restrained Harry was hit with a crucio. Voldy had already summoned his Death Eaters, and they were aiming to kill, throwing AK's, cutting, blasting, and bludgeoning charms and spells. When the dust settled, Team Harry had won. All the DE's were dead or injured. Tom was wounded and missing his wand arm courtesy of Harry. Callen called for Harry to finish him off. So people could see him fulfilling the prophecy. Harry was shaking so badly from the cruciatus curse, G took his wand and handed him a gun. With Callen's help Harry managed a double tap to the head. Harry, and Callen the trophy to return to Hogwarts with Tom's body. Fudge and Umbridge were loudly calling for the Aurors to arrest them for murder. Fortunately Amelia Bones was also there and directed her Aurors to go to the cemetery, identify the bodies and get the wounded to healers. It took intervention from the Queen to shut Fudge down. Elizabeth had been attending in disguise. Somebody in the crowd cast an AK at the Queen. Hermione transfigured a thick six foot high wall around them in time to block the AK!! Harry was treated at St Mungo's. Nate Getz was brought in as a mind healer/Psychologist to help Harry deal with shooting Voldemort. They were all planning to go to Los Angeles. Dumbles tried to convince Callen that Harry would be better off staying at Hogwarts as opposed to living with a murderer! Callen took exception to being called murderer for defending a child who was being tortured, and then defending himself. G also stated some of the reasons Hogwarts wasn't safe...Quirrelmort, cerberus, troll in the school, Harry getting entered in the TriWiz against his will, getting kidnapped, nesting mother dragons, and the TriWiz trophy being tampered with!! Albus couldn't deny that those things happened. So Harry went home to LA, the Grangers moves there, as did Sirius Black. The Queen fired Albus from the headmaster position!Great story! Sequel to The Godmother on AO3 by the same author.
