Summary
Ever since Prince Lance was a child, he has been in love with the Lunar Kingdom's Forever Star. It's the only thing that seems to remain constant in the ever-changing story of his life. The Forever Star was there when his father died. It was there when his mother became so distant that he lost her too. And after all of the stars in the night sky and the depths have gone out, it alone guides him and his people in the dark of Lunae's endless nights.
But Lance has learned by now that nothing can truly last forever. When the Forever Star goes out, leaving the land and the depths in the dark, Lance must embrace the interest in light he has hidden away and find a way to save the Bonedepths.
His first idea? Go ask the Forever Star why it decided to finally abandon them.
