Summary
Something in him instinctively knows that he's not supposed to like what Negan is telling him so much. He's not supposed to like the way Negan grins at him and he's really not supposed to like it so much when Negans hand comes to rest on him- on his shoulder, his neck, his back. He's been touched more by this man in the last 10 minutes than he has in the last year by every single other person in his life combined.
He's not supposed to like it, he knows.
He wonders if it's normal to notice how Negans hand fits rather perfectly around the entirety of his wrist when he forces a beer into his hand.
He wonders if Negan notices how Carl barely looks at the wives in their little dresses with their long legs but instead how his heart starts to race anytime he catches a glance of Negan instead. And it’s not because he’s worried Negans going to bash his head in. If he was worried about that he wouldn’t have come here in the first place.
