Summary
Sequel to Seasons of Love.
After a blissful year of normalcy and routine, life is demanding change. At the start of their third year of University, it's time for Kuroo and Bokuto to think seriously about their futures. Akaashi returns to school after taking an unexpected ronin year, and Tsukishima joins them in Tokyo for his higher education. Old relationships are tested, new relationships are born, and everything makes Kenma uneasy.

Takes place one year after the end of Seasons of Love. I recommend reading Seasons of Love before diving into this one as they are heavily connected, and reading SoL will enhance the reading of this fic. This story focuses primarily on Kenma and Bokuto's struggles, with much attention given to Kenma's developing anxiety disorder, and Bokuto's varying mishaps and bad decisions. After writing a 100k fic of mostly fluff, I'm trying my hand at drama and angst!

Summary
“Real influence is how someone can change the outcome of anything simply by existing in that space… What will you do? Who will you tell, if you tell anyone? Does it even matter? Because really, no matter what you do, my presence here has already deviated the outcome. That’s influence.”
Kenma would never admit to being emotionally affected by anything, but some (Bokuto) would say he was a bit paranoid when it came to making sure everything was exactly the way it was supposed to be. A war between the three yakuza syndicates populating Tokyo definitely wasn’t the way things were supposed to be, and that being the least of Kenma’s problems was somehow even worse.

Summary
Kenma's in his third year at Nekoma, Kuroo's in his first year at Tokai University, and the boys are attempting to navigate one year of a long-distance relationship... where 'long-distance' is measured by a forty-minute train ride and a mountain of obligations barring the way. But the more things change, the more they stay the same, and the more precious every moment.

While there are other ships that feature heavily in the background of this fic, I didn't want to take up space in their respective tags because they are rarely the focus. But there will be background Kageyama/Hinata moments and a Bokuto/Akaashi subplot.
Also I'm very serious about that fluff. This will literally aim to be chapters and chapters of fluff.

Summary
chiaroscuro: the interplay of darkness and light.

“We’re called guardians,” Kuro says. “Over time, people have had different names for us, but it really all comes back to that. We’re shifters, shaper-changers… the name doesn’t really matter. What does is that we’re supposed to keep the two kinds of magical forces in the world balanced.” He rattles this off with a roll of his eyes, as though it’s something he’s heard many times over.
Kenma thinks back to the curling snake made of shadows, to Sugawara’s words: People who shine brightly attract a lot of darkness.
“Shadows and light,” he says, not quite a question.
Kuro nods approvingly. “Basically, yeah. There’s a bit more to it than that—shadow magic is born of independence, of isolation and loneliness. Light magic is connections, the relationships between people. Most people have a low dose of both, go through their entire lives not realizing there’s magic in the world.”
“But not you,” Kenma prompts.
“Unfortunately.”
