"I'm sorry." Chris's voice rumbled low in his throat, and Leon could feel the warmth of his breath cascading over his skin as he spoke. He wanted to stay angry, to act like he was more annoyed than he had been fucking terrified, but Chris's hands soothed across his back so softly that he couldn't stop himself from melting into him. His body slowly relaxed, and Chris only pulled him closer.
