Six months after Clarke moves back to her tiny hometown to raise her two-year old toddler around what family she has left, she expects to do just that, and only that. She has two jobs; full time nurse, and full time single-mother. There's no time for anything else. Not even for the pretty firefighter who starts showing up unannounced at her home, looking for fires Clarke swears are a figment of everyone's imagination. That, or a faulty security panel with a direct emergency call button to the local fire station.
