Call it whatever you want but this had been the case with the madrigal family for years keeping perfection on the outside as they were slowly getting destroyed from the inside due to the unreasonable burden of expectations placed on them.
All had some sort of gift, everybody expected perfection, uniqueness and help from the Madrigals due to their abilities, this was also expected from Mirabel Madrigal, who at the time was the youngest in the family, however she didn't get a gift and that led to her being shunned her whole life.
