Normally the son of the Dark Lord had a lot expected of him. However he is a squib and according to Bellatrix was lucky that they didn't kill him before his father returned. Harrison keeps to himself in a small shack on the edge of the wards. At least that's what his "family" sees. In reality he is gone more often than not.
When Voldemort returns he sees his oldest and youngest children first. No one knew where the middle was. When asked about him the other two seemed to be hiding something. Harrison only returns to the manor four days after the return of the dark lord. He had been busy with a job and didn't really care.
