“Because you are… you" Liam struggled to answer, his mouth dry.
“And what am I?” Theo then asked, tilting his head curiously
“You are…” Liam tried to say.
But all he saw were green eyes and messy hair and soft looks and kind words and if Liam thought he couldn’t defend himself before, now he didn’t even want to.
“I am…?” Theo then asked, apparently unaware of how quickly his mind was moving.
“You are…”
Beautiful.
But he couldn’t tell him right? It would have been strange.
Would it have been?
“A liar?” Theo suggested at that point "a manipulator? A bloodsucker?” he then hypothesized, a little amused, “your words, not mine”
Something inside Liam snapped violently because Theo was there and Liam didn’t care anymore.
"Probably" he replied then, his heart pounding "I don't really care right now"
A second later he was kissing him.

Liam tried to distract himself while Theo was gone, but when Theo's key rattled the lock softly, Liam jumped up from the couch like a puppy greeting their owner, which wasn't too far from how Liam's wolf was feeling.
"What's the surprise?" Liam asked immediately, blocking Theo from entering the apartment. Theo looked at him fondly, a smile creeping on his lips. He liked keeping Liam guessing, too.
"Fine. I'll give you a hint," Theo replied. "Weekend trip. Just us."
"Wait, really?" Liam said, his eyes widening. If he was shifted, his tail would likely be wagging.
"Yes," Theo agreed.

What the teenager hated, though, was that his wolf still wanted Theo. Hell, the werewolf wanted him, too. However, he could control himself. His wolf? Not so much. His wolf was angry. No, no… It was furious. It simply wanted Theo – it didn’t care for what the older boy had done. Which, fair, it was an animal inside of Liam. It had instincts, not thinking. It wanted Theo. Period.
