“So from my understanding, someone wants to chop your head off, slit your throat, or something like that.” Pansy looked away with feigned disinterest, sensing Weasley’s shock at her explanation.
With a scoff, Weasley answered, “The letters didn’t go into specifics, but yes, someone is apparently upset at my excellent track record. They know that we are likely to beat the Falmouth Falcons next weekend and threatened to kill me in order to prevent it from happening.”
Pansy examined her fingernails for any spots in her fresh manicure.
“So, what’s the plan then?” Weasley asked.
“From my understanding, you have a red carpet event leading up to the match that will require you to look better than this.” Pansy gestured toward Weasley’s outfit and general facial area. “I will be going undercover as your stylist for this event.”
