Aether and Furina are in a very strange relationship. They vividly remember all the indecent things they did to each other of the orientation night. "That's fine, it's not like we're going to see each other ever again" is what they hoped for until they realized that they did have to see each other multiple times throughout the weeks in Teyvat University. Neither of them knows what kind of relationship they're in now, and the solution would be a simple talk clarifying it. Only problem: They don't know how to talk to each other normally.

As he approached the counter, the young man behind it looked up, and Freminet’s breath caught. Brown hair that fell just so, eyes the color of aged whiskey, warm and glistening under the harsh light. The nametag read Gaming, and for a moment, Freminet wondered about the story behind such an unusual name. He shook his head and pushed the thoughts aside. He wasn’t here to daydream; he had a task to finish.
“Oh, I didn’t see you there… is this all?” Gaming asked, his voice warm, tinged with a casual friendliness that seemed out of place in the hard-edged world Freminet was so used to.
“Yeah, that’s all…” Freminet responded, his voice softer than he intended, eyes darting briefly to the list in his hand. He slid it back into his pocket, fingers brushing against the cool edge of the paper.
“It’s $16.78,” Gaming said, eyes crinkling into a smile. “Though you look cute, so I’ll make it $10.50.”

There were two Nations in the world of Lucere: The Light and The Darkness. The Light Kingdom was solely from the humans while The Darkness Kingdom existed from the immortals, which could shape-shift into either mortal, beast, and half-mortal forms. They are separated because of their different races, beliefs, religions, and cultures. Currently, they are in an era of peace and have a good relationship.
In the Light Realm, people worshipped the god of the Sun named Aether, and in the Dark Realm, they worshipped the goddess of the Moon, Lumine.
With those two gods, they set an arranged marriage between the young High Priest Chongyun and The Prince of Darkness, Xiao.
A fresh new relationship awaits them.
