One always remembers the first time they heard catastrophic news. To honor John Flanagan’s memory and pay tribute to the series that was probably my first fandom I decided to explore when each of the ward members heard of one of their wardmate’s death. So full Spoilers Warnings! If you haven’t completed the original series and started the Royal Ranger series do not read.
