Summary
Missing Chris is less of an emotion these days and more of a physical entity. He’s sure everyone can see that he’s slowly hollowing himself out, that he can’t do much of anything else.
But when Jee laughs at him trying to get his tongue to touch his nose, and Mara loops one of her arms through his to keep him from tossing the rest of his cup in the garbage, Eddie feels solid again.
Maybe he likes yellow birthday cake ice cream after all.
(or, gerrard messes with the team's schedules and eddie 'i just drove my son to flee the state' diaz is the only option to watch mara and jee-yun after school on tuesdays, which, shouldn't be a problem at all, right?)

Summary
“He baby-trapped you,” the man said with a misplaced confidence that was almost impressive, “that’s fucked up, man.”
Buck blinked. Then blinked again. Then, “Uh... no. No, that’s not—”
“Shut it, Benji, that’s not what happened,” the other robber scowled, no longer trying to pretend he wasn’t eavesdropping. “They’re both dudes. A dude can’t baby-trap another dude.”
“Of course they can. Equal rights and shit! That’s what the parades are for.”
---
There's a hostage situation at the bank and Buck is forced to reevaluate his relationship with Eddie (and vice versa).

“I will never care about you the way I care about Dante.”
Wow. So Vergil didn’t even like Nero as much as he liked the twin brother he tried to murder on a regular basis. Great.
Or- Nero accidentally learns some things about his father and uncle that he definitely wasn't supposed to. It's all Vergil's fault really. Now, if he could only get out of this cupboard without alerting the twins, he could go home to process everything and maybe make some sense out of his life.

Summary
"Do you know how to kill a dragon?" Dante asked. It was something Dante had asked many times through out the years. Over and over, the same words, the same pleading look in his eyes, the same question that Vergil could no more answer as an adult man than he had the first time Dante had asked it at eight.
Perhaps the nonsense words meant something; perhaps Dante was trying to tell Vergil something in his own strange way.
Or perhaps, Vergil's little brother was simply as foolish as he had always suspected he was.
"Or," Dante started again, "do you still not get it?"

About this one time Dante knew the Underworld better than Vergil, and this one time Vergil saw something in the Overworld that Dante didn't.
