"I'm sorry," Izuku said in a small voice, quiet and a little broken, a little watery, "I'm sorry that I didn't get you out sooner. I-I didn't expect them to move so quickly after the Council's rejection to their proposal."
Katsuki gazed down at Izuku, a bright spot on the large, dingy bed that could have been a sad metaphor for his life. The Doctor was a tiny thing compared to Katsuki. Delicate and soft, the opposite of Katsuki and all he had known up until the point he'd come under the purview of the Foundation. He'd felt an immediate draw to Izuku, the clumsy and kind Doctor that smiled at Katsuki and called him Kacchan like they were children. He didn't hesitate to chide Katsuki when he was doing something he wasn't strictly supposed to be doing or give him praise when he did something right. Izuku didn't hesitate to touch Katsuki, whether it was skin or stone, didn't flinch away when Katsuki engaged his augmentations.

Katsuki, a foundation member, travels with his team to investigate the disappearances in a small town, only to get trapped in a situation with a both hauntingly familiar and unfamiliar face.
Deku mentioned remembering something, and although Katsuki can’t be too sure, his gut tells him that he and Deku knew each other at one point. Possibly when they were kids.His brain spirals, trying to work through different theories about what’s happening to him and how he can get out of this.
“Deku?” His voice rises with urgency, and he runs down the porch steps of the green house again, coming face to face with the man on the lawn. He gulps in breaths, hands on his knees and back crouched over.
“Do you remember now?”
“Deku, I don’t…I don’t know what I’m supposed to remember! Please, just…let me out of whatever this is.” Deku shakes his head.
“Kacchan, I can’t. Not until you remember.”
