Summary
"If you're going to teach me piano, you should be paid for your labour!" Lucy frowns.
Schroeder rolls his eyes. "I don't care if I spend countless hours trying to teach you how to play one single scale." He tells her firmly. "I'm doing this because I want to. Your parents don't have to pay me to teach you something that I already love to do."
Of course, the dark-haired girl would, undoubtedly, be a difficult student. She was wilful, headstrong, and stubborn. But she was also sweet, charming, and determined.
And her smile?
He privately thought that smile was payment enough.

Summary
It had always been Lucy.
It had never been anyone else.
Schroeder presses a full rainflower bloom to his lips once, and lets it fall from his hands back onto the piano keys.
He sobs, for both the Lucy he had lost, and the love that had almost been requited.
Because it had always been Lucy who had his heart - he just hadn't known it until it was too late.[Hanahaki AU]

Summary
"Can you imagine how romantic it would be to move into a new house as newlyweds during the Christmas season? Not only would my future husband carry me over the threshold, he’d kiss me under the mistletoe while he did it.”
“Is that so?”
“Well, I should hope so.” She bumped his shoulder with hers and snickered. “For your future partner’s sake, I hope you’re not quite as thick-headed with them.”
