Summary
Following Adrienne’s death, Serena let out her granny annexe as a means of making up the shortfall from an unwise investment she made some years ago. Her tenant gives notice to quit, and she can’t afford to let it stand empty for long. With some help from a colleague, she gives the place a makeover to maximise income, and it gets snapped up straight away.
When Serena strikes up a friendship with the new locum on Keller - one Bernie Wolfe - she gradually learns about her disintegrating marriage, and wishes she hadn’t been so hasty to rent the little flat out - if only she could offer it to Bernie. But Bernie has already found a nice little place for herself - a little flat just next to a leafy detached in a well-heeled suburb of Holby.

This is a Berena AU based on the alchemical folk tale "The Bleeding Swan".
Bernie gets injured by a road side IED just as she was wondering if she wants to belong to the heavens or to the earth.
She awakens in a dream world in which Serena is under an evil curse that transforms her into the Swan Queen every night.
Can Bernie break the spell? Can she take away Serena's pain?

Summary
Fragments’ from Dylan Keogh’s life exploring early childhood with his first strong memories of OCD and how it followed him into his medical placement with Miriam Turner before adventuring into beginning to cope quite well. Pieced together with caring for Rihanna his half-sister before Cal’s death rocks his boat - Dylan just about stabilizes himself until his father turns up in the ED a few years later after abandoning Rihanna and Hazel - Dylan had not seen him since and his arrival was instantly unsettling especially when Dylan was told the extent of damage caused by his father’s heavy drinking. Brian passes away before Dylan brings himself to visit throwing him back over the edge with uncontrolled OCD compulsions and relapsing once more with alcohol. Dylan reaches out to an estranged friend with the hopes that he can shed away his false thick skin and seek help with the support of David Hide after a phone call with Zsa Zsa.
Contains themes of OCD, alcoholism, and recurring death.
