I believe that Mr. 9 could be an amazing memorable character if taken seriously and the chemistry he could have with Vivi if just given the chance. Listen I know Nami/Vivi is a good ship and I appreciate it.... but sat pathetic wet eyes from this little scrungle of a man has captivated me and therefor I must scream.
